Awesome trip must recommend clean stay good breakfast. Helpful staff Good location
Room and Amenities: The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, with soft linens and a variety of pillows for added comfort. The room had a stunning view of the city skyline, and I loved the small touches like the complimentary coffee machine and minibar stocked with snacks. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with high-quality toiletries, and had both a rain shower and a bathtub.
Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of options to cater to different dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. The in-house restaurant also serves dinner, and I highly recommend the seafood dishes — they were absolutely delicious!
Facilities and Services: The hotel offers a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa. I tried a massage, and it was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city Staff excellence Ravindra Singh and Nazmin @ front desk

I had a nice time at the hotel. The food was some of the best i have had in any hotel and it was reasonably priced too which is rare nowadays. The housekeeping came a few times a day and the room was always spotless when i returned. Especially Annu Srivastava and Sumit were extremely friendly and welcoming. I will be booking here again in my next visit and will definitely recommend it to friends.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
The process started with a telephonic call to Sudipa in reservations for a 2 night stay on 16th and 17th March 2023. My query was handled in utmost professional way. She deserves a special word of appreciation.
The F and B service team did a phenomenal job. The services by Arti, Kirti, Lawang and Jennifer were top class resulting in fabulous dining experience. The food was very delicious. Special mention of Garlic bread (16/3 dinner ), Chilli Garlic Noodles ( 17/3 dinner ), The kulhad tea in both breakfasts and Puri Bhaji ( 18/3 breakfast )
The front desk, concierge, housekeeping and guard at entrance were warm and friendly.
A few other observations. At times emergency maintenance activity has to be carried out. It would be advisable to inform the rooms where there will be noise disturbance due to maintenance activity and duration of noise so that guests can plan accordingly. On 16/3 the moong dal pakodas in breakfast were very tasty but hotel needs to keep them warm like the way they do to idlis or may be smaller lots be emptied into cheffing dishes. There was not a single live counter during dinner on both days whereas during breakfasts there no less than 3 live counters. During dinners a couple of live counters could further enhance the dining experience.
Brilliant team Ramada Jaipur. We will surely come back.

Worst experience of my life staying in this pathetic hotel which offers you only disappointments as their hospitality. Now a days it has already become a trend that the hotels offer the rooms at 2:00 pm and request you to check out at 12pm next day, in our case they offered us 1 room after waiting 15-20 mins at the lobby and another/second room at around 4 pm that too when we repeatedly requested them for the another room and further allegedly they took this 2 hours for setting up the room but to our utter shock that despite taking 2 hours for setting up the room they have failed to keep even the face and hand towels in the room. Further, if you are visiting the hotel hoping that you will be able to do some work while sitting and chilling here so please dont come as the wifi just sucks and is 3rd class i have checked in my room around 4pm (as belatedly provided by them) till mid night the wifi has not worked even once it will get connected but will work like a 1g network. Hence suggested that one should look for some alternative option instead of coming here and burning your money in this kind of pathetic service.

I don't believe it's a Ramada by Wyndham hotel service. This is my WORST STAY in a hotel ever (sorry for the cap but you all must read). I was going to give a 3 star rating because the power sockets were not working and the toiletries were not complete (old-looking towels, no shower cap and bath mat on 2nd day even after I made a call to the housekeeping department, I waited so long for my shower cap and rug to come but even after I made a call again, they just never were delivered), but now I rated 1 star (if i could give minus 1 rating i will rate -1). A hotel staff rang my room bell at 11PM for a fruit platter. I have slept. It's a normal time to sleep, you know? And he rang more than 6 times before he boldly opened my room with his own card. As for my experiences staying in a hotel room, no hotel staff ever enter guest hotel room when the guest is still in stay except during cleaning room time (around noon/as requested by the guest). The staff entered my room with me at 11PM! Please, Ramada by Wyndham, check your staff's knowledge about hospitality. Second, I stayed in the Club Room where I don't understand what "club room" means, and the front desk told me about the club room's extra benefits which one of them is a free fruit basket. It's not even a fruit basket. It's a fruit platter. Just change the name to a fruit platter if you can't give a real fruit basket. And third, never ever change guests' seats in the dining room when guests are already seated. Escort them before they find their seat (if the location they sit at is not according to the hotel's policy). The situation was I already sat with my other company in a 4 seat table and ready to get my buffet, but then I was asked to move to a 2 seat table. The whole tables in the dining room were not even full/reserved. I think I don't need to share photos/videos (not worth my camera storage). Other reviews represented my complaints already. This stay was arranged by my tour agency and I already reported to them too that they should not have business relationships with Ramada Jaipur or they'll have a bad reputation as well. That's all.

Me and my family have stayed in many 4 -5 star hotels across India. And out of that ramada is one on our priority list, but this ramada of jaipur is so below average that I don't know where to begin with. Room size is small, basic toiletries also you have to call and ask for. If you will call room service and ask for plate and cutlery they will tell you it's on chargeable basis and that was shocking to hear. Not even a 2 star hotels does that. Staff is trying their best to help the customer and apologizing on the management's behalf for stupid policies and bad management. Food is average don't expect it to be something like a 4 star hotel because it's not. Choose wisely before spending ur time and money here.

Recently we stayed at this hotel our experience was very terrible we didn’t enjoyed too much service was very poor and pathetic. We came early in the morning 7:00am and we asked to early checkin to hotel staff he said you have to pay extra if you want to early checkin and you need to wait till 10 am will give you checkin after 10 am. After that one couple came for the checkin around 9 am and they give directly checkin in the room. After that we got a room and I booked a triple occupancy room but we didn’t get extra towel no complimentary water bottle and we ask the receptionist he said you have to call at the reception then they will send in your room why we have to call for this information this is five star hotel not a normal hotel they need to know what is exactly service they need to provide a guest. They was not giving us soo much attention of our services because we was bachelors . In the night we came back to the hotel and ask to the reception guy for water bottle he didn’t reply I asked him 2-3 times but he was busy his own dream and one Houskeeping guy came and he said will send in your room. Overall our experience was very bad only for the reception guys they give service only families not for bachelors please Ramada team need to workout on your reception boy. Restaurant service was awesome and food was very delicious we had breakfast and we enjoyed too much thank you restaurant team

Very dirty hotel and would t stay here again. We came to this hotel and the first room we got was very dirty. So they changed us to another room after we went to a few rooms before we found one that was ok. Then we found the safe didn’t work and the curtains were covered in food or something worse. So we complained again and they showed us another three rooms and they were dirty also and the safes didn’t work. We had called two duty managers and a third member of staff. As my wife was so upset and it had taken us over two hours and still hadn’t got a room that was clean to the standards we expect from a Ramada Hotel. We just wanted a clean room to stay in and this seemed too much to ask from these hotel managers as they said we have had a wedding and this was the reason for the rooms not being very clean. I didn’t except this explanation which is a load of rubbish. As the rooms should be cleaned after each guest to a standard expected for a Ramada hotel. As I was dealing with our travel agent to book another hotel. The manager said we have a suite just come available and we can have this. The room was allegedly deep cleaned for us which took two hours and then we were given a room four hours after we arrived at the hotel. As you can see from the pictures the bathroom is not very clean and the curtains were stained also. We were knackered so agreed to stay and they would change the curtains and fix the lights tomorrow. The carpets in the hallway of the hotel floors where filthy and not only where they stained badly and didn’t look they have been washed. The carpets were filthy with dirt and toothpicks on the floor and didn’t look like they had been hoovered for weeks. When I asked the duty manager for the managers name they refused to provide it but eventually one of them told me once but refused to write it down for me. The manager of this hotel is Mr Kunal Baweja and I have asked to see him tomorrow as can’t believe how he is running this business and allowing his staff to permit this to happen. Which puts Ramada Hotel in a bad light. Mr Kunal Baweja should be ashamed to say he is a manager of this hotel as I don’t know what he does all day and maybe he should take a walk around the hotel to inspect what his staff are doing or in this case not doing. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

Dear Davebala, Greetings of the day & thanks for your feedback. I have carefully read your feedback & the pictures you have attached are identical to Mr. Panditrao who has shared his feedback after your feedback, hence i believe that both of you were staying together. I understand that Mr. Panditroa wanted to meet me between 12th & 14th Dec as he had promised certain number of Pax in his training session in Banquets & since the attendance was less , he wanted hotel to discount of 20 Pax. I have emailed him as well that I am traveling to a remote destination & had very limited access to mobile/internet network & requested him to please share his concerns where he answered that all was good, Mr. Vishambhar Team member was very good & every thing went well. Later I returned on 16th Dec to Jaipur & was shocked to see his negative review as hotel did not remove 20 pax charges. If you wish I can share the same email with you. Also thanks for your personal remarks that you have mentioned on a public review forum, surprised to see level of frustration with choice of Un Parliamentary Language that your have used on a public forum. Thanks ,

Ramada Jaipur is an economy hotel that offers very affordable prices, which makes it quite popular and often crowded. However, the overall experience reflects the budget-friendly nature of the property.
The rooms are surprisingly small, leaving limited space for comfort. Service is another downside, as it tends to be slow and unresponsive at times. This can be frustrating, especially during peak hours when the hotel is at full capacity.
While the low prices may attract budget-conscious travelers, it’s important to manage expectations regarding room size and service quality. It’s a decent option for those looking for an economical stay, but if you prioritize comfort and efficiency, you may want to explore other options.

Nice hotel, clean & comfortable rooms. Sadly some staff are a little complacent & lax when asked a question in the restaurant. We found the cleaning staff to be very assertive. We were disturbed twice after arrival asking whether we thought room cleaning was ok & delivering an extra towel that wasn’t requested (for tip purposes). Porter snatched suitcases out of my husband’s hands when we tried to take them to check out! Main observation was that some staff did not have a good understanding of English.
