Detailed Reviews
We stayed at this wonderful B&B in Feb 2020. We had the most enjoyable time. The facilities are spacious and immaculate. The hosts are thoughtful, friendly, kind, considerate and give you the space you need. The food is delicious, varied, and plentiful. Anything you want is not an unreasonable request. Kul, Shweta, and Kriti go out of their way to make you comfortable. Would not stay anywhere else in Jaipur.

Jaipur Friendly Villa is a beautiful homestay. I felt welcomed and very comfortable from the start, with a tasty homemade dinner upon arrival and a spacious, warm room with nice decorative touches. They arranged a good driver for me so that I could see as many sites as possible in just one full day--and also recommended a wonderful restaurant up the road in their quiet, safe neighborhood. Highly recommended spot for those exploring Jaipur!

+1
Great location in a very quiet area outside Jaipur in a lovely garden full of flowers and birds. We arrived there after a long journey with heavy trafic and endless hooting that had made us tired and worn out. But once there, we were so warmly welcomed by the very FRIENDLY owners, they served us tea and cookies on the lovely terrace and made us immediately feel at home. The room we had was very spacious and comfy. As the nights were very chilly, they provided us with blankets, hot tea and an electric heater. The owners were very caring and helpful all the time. They showed us an interesting film on a huge screen about the history of India in their elegant livingroom. The owner even drove us to a nearby restaurant. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. In the morning we had a yummy freshly prepared breakfast on a big table in the dining room.
We highly recommend a stay in FRIENDLY VILLA, it is an oasis in amazing yet loud and crowdy Jaipur!

Definitely truth in advertising, Jaipur Friendly Villa was exactly that. Shveta and Kul were excellent hosts. We were welcomed in with refreshments in the beautiful garden. The house has wonderful architectural features and the furnishings very comfortable. My bedroom was well set up, provided everything needed; I slept very well. Breakfast was great with several options and Shveta made a special effort to get a particular fruit my friend requested. The Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and there were several good restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride.
However, the best part of the stay was visiting with the owners. They are interesting and engaging. They provided some excellent recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Jaipur.

Before we even arrived we knew we would have a personal experience. From advice on the best tours in town, to getting a personal driver and even on the best way to get there from Delhi, we were helped before we even arrived. Once we actually arrived, we were met at the front gate by Kul and were quickly assisted with our luggage that was brought to the room for us. My young children were very excited by the property, the amazing room and most importantly, their dog. Apparently, they already felt like they were at home. Then we were welcomed into the courtyard for some fruit, delicious homemade treats and masala tea made by Sveta herself. SO GOOD!!! Every night, we enjoyed sitting down to chat about how our day was, what we would like to do the next day and how to best accomplish that. A couple of nights we even got to sample some family made food and Kul even shared one of his Indian rose liquors, which was actually quite good. Every morning we were greeted with a custom tailored breakfast, chat and well wishes for the day. I really liked how well Kul and Sveta were prepared for picky American children and how tolerant they were with all the nuances that said children introduce on a trip into a foreign country. It really helped to reduce the stress of travel and we had an AMAZING time. We definitely will return here if ever in the Jaipur area again. I miss the food and company already!

Another amazing stay at Jaipur Friendly Villa. The owners Shveta and Kul are remarkable. The residence is impeccable and has all the amenities one would need. The food options are delightful with my favorite part being breakfast (omelettes,
fresh fruit, traditional aloo paranthas). Further, the couple is connected to all the sightseeing venues and make entry/exit ez! After a long day, it is not uncommon to enjoy a scotch or a glass of vino with Kul in the master room. Jaipur Friendly Viilla gets my highest recommendation and I’ve stayed at the best hotels all over the world!

My husband and I traveled with our kids in the month of december to Jaipur. As soon as we entered JFV we were greeted with a warm cup of masala chai with some lovely indian biscuits! Within a few minutes of conversing I knew that this was a friendship that was going to last a lifetime. Kul & Shveta instantly made us feel at home! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and warm even though Jaipur was freezing at the time! Our bathrooms were spotless and always had hot water available! Breakfasts were always piping hot and yummy- our stomachs can't thank you enough!
Their suggestions for trying out local cuisines were spot on. If you don't want to venture out, Shveta makes the most sumptuous dishes and will adjust the spice level to your liking.
The garden outside was a treat and we loved sitting outside and watching the parrots feed on the birdfeeder. Our day-to-day activities were always planned out by them and I don't think we would've managed without their help!
It was tough to leave their beautiful home but I know we will be back soon!
Would suggest that you leave your worries behind and listen to their suggestions for travel, food and sightseeing. Thank you Shveta & Kul :)

Located inside a posh neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of Jaipur, Friendly Villa is an exemplary abode to sojourn while visiting the Pink City! Five stars are an iniquity to the service we received! We stayed at Friendly Villa for a grand total of three nights and two days. The Green and Ivory Rooms were spacious and included pristine bathrooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. In addition to hearty complimentary breakfasts, dinner meals are also available for purchase. Shveta herself cooked the delectable meals and we received an assortment of scrumptious dishes such as thali, tandoori chicken, and chapati.
Prior to the two days we explored the Pink City, Shveta helped us devise an itinerary so that we could efficiently travel in our limited time. Her advice was extremely fruitful, and we were able to visit a myriad of Pink City highlights – superb restaurants, classic UNESCO World Heritage sites (palaces, forts, temples, museums), a riveting textile store, and a unique jewelry house.
Friendly Villa accommodations also included a front yard replete with a luscious garden and a charming balcony with an aerial view. On our second night, we watched a documentary in a sumptuous theater room that included state-of-the art projection and sound systems! On our last day, Kul even assisted us with shopping for some blouses at a local Rajasthani clothing store!
A final highlight of our stay was Rana – the lovely albino dog that Shveta and Kul have had for many years. She is very amicable and a pleasure to be around, exemplifying that Friendly Villa is more than just a name!

We stayed at the Jaipur Friendly Villas for three nights during a tour through Rajasthan and can easily say this was the best place we have stayed.
The name certainly is apt as Shveta and Kul ensured we had a most memorable stay. They were delightful, welcoming and informative. Nothing was too much trouble from organising a driver for the whole day, booking Ubers, to recommending local restaurants..
The house is just a short drive (15-20 minutes) to the walled city but the was quick and easy by taxi.
We had a very spacious room with a double bed and en-suite. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with all the facilities and mod cons you need. There is also a large balcony upstairs, which is nice for a bit of quiet outside time and gardens was a wonderful calm oasis away from the bustle of city life
We definitely recommend staying here and Shveta and Kul deserve top awards as hosts.

Our hosts Shveta & Kul treated us as members of their family—and we came to feel that way.. Not only were they warm and generous conversationalists, they were willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs and desires. We learned a lot from them about Jaipur and India more generally. Their home is lovely and offered us a comfortable retreat from the busy chaos of the Pink City. And Shveta's homemade breakfasts are a sumptuous way to start the day! — Jill & Michael

Its a 20 minute ride to the walled city.
I believe between 45-65 usd per night for the room, there are several rooms available.
All the rooms have separate bathrooms with shower cubicles and pressure showers. Cost of each room is INR4000/- for two people, which includes continental breakfast.
