I spent two nights at Regenta. The rooms were spacious, airy and clean, with just the right AC settings that leaves you cool enough but without blowing too much air to leave you with a cold. The showers worked well and bed/beddings were clean and comfortable.
All staff were friendly and helpful, right from the reception, room service and restaurant.
The restaurant had a great selection of local indian cuisine and european continental dishes. Basudeb at the restaurant as particularly outstanding, always ready to explain the local cuisine for us to try out. Basudeb was supported by helpful managers, who also checked in from time to time.
I would definitely stay at Regenta again and highly recommend it.
All staff were friendly and helpful, right from the reception, room service and restaurant.

My friends and I were visiting the Jal Mahal to watch the sunset. While we waited for our Uber the staff of the Regenta Central, Mr. Daood and Mr. Zubber, welcomed us to sit in their lobby and listen to live music. They were extremely friendly and hospitable.

Booked two rooms for two nights family stay few days back. Rooms were good. Received exceptional service from House Keeping manager Mr. Yogiraj Singh as I forgot my jacket during checkout. I called the hotel who in turn put me up with Yogiraj, he confirmed jacket is in his custody along with the picture on WhatsApp and got it delivered through priority courier within a day. Other staff members were also helpful in getting me few printouts during my stay which even the 5 star properties sometime hesitate to provide. Not only this, my booking was against payment at the time of check-in but the staff only took money at the time of check-out, truly a customer first approach.

I was traveling solo and checked in at Regenta on the 25June after 9 pm. After a quick dinner ordered to my room, I fell asleep. Around 11 pm, I was rudely awakened by the shrill sound of the doorbell.
"Who is it?" I asked.
"Ma'am, please return the dinner plates," a strange voice replied.
"I will do it in the morning," I said.
I tried to sleep again, but then the phone rang.
"Yes, please?" I answered.
"Ma'am, please share the name of the second occupant of your room," the voice on the other end said.
"But there is no second occupant!" I exclaimed.
"Oh, Ma'am, we thought you were two."
Overall, the extremely rude customer and unnecessary disturbance service spoiled the otherwise good decor and reasonable air conditioning.

Travelled to Jaipur and booked this property for my 1st night stay in the pink city.
I found the room cleanliness to be below standard.
The washroom was also very dirty.
After travelling the whole day, I had to get the room cleaned 1st before I could settle down.
I had to specially request the housekeeping staff to change all the bed sheets.
I saw a layer of dust over the room furniture.
Infact the mirror had lots of smudges & marks and looked as if it had not been cleaned since many stays in that room.
Also, the bathroom seemed to be neglected from a long time and the toilet accessories were very dirty.
I had to sanitise all the taps before I could even touch them.
The toilet pot was infact ‘very very’ dirty.
The property is very ill maintained.
Avoid at all costs if cleanliness matters to you.

Stayed in the property for two nights & the overall experience was really bad!
Starting from the check in, the location is really bad , front desk staff is unprofessional & lacks basic courtesy of welcoming the guests. There was no information provided regarding breakfast time/place, wifi etc.To top it, no baggage assistance is provided. The Guest is expected to take his own luggage till the room.(we stayed at the top category room i.e. executive club room) Parking is also an issue if they have any event on and there is no one to manage the rush.Once checked in, our room was not cleaned, washroom was dirty, no towels & toilet rolls were placed.....we got it all done post checking in.Housekeeping staff also doesn't understand basic jargans, we asked for bathing towels & he got a floor mat towel instead. Washroom lack basic amenities & the toiletries are an absolute non touchable & seemed half used. The bed sheet too was totally crumpled & on asking we were told this was changed just before we entered, i wonder how did it got crumpled withing minutes!! The blanket cover was stinking & was definitely not changed after the previous checkout. Now coming to the food, the breakfast spread was very minimal with both days having same spread only change was aloo instead of chole. Idli's were rock solid, chutneys were not fresh, Poha was not fully cooked etc. Overall very substandard & tasteless food.The staff is also rude & not interested in taking care of the guest.The best part was the wifi, they provide only one connection for one device only & that too for 24 hrs. Post 24 hrs you have to create another login which never works. On questioning regarding 2 connections for a double occupancy room the executive asked for sometime to check with his manager, but eventually never came up with a response.Overall, the worst stay ever!

Food is good. Lot of options in lunch/dinner/breakfast. Rooms are Clean and have a supportive staff. Only complaint was about tripple occupancy where we didn't get a bed..but just a mattress. Suggest the hotel staff to provide sofa cum beds or foldable beds for tripple occupancy rooms.
