Initially we booked a different hotel around the corner but they messed up our booking and send us here. So at this point I was already annoyed. It was at night so I didn't want to start looking for a better place. The manager and staff is rude. They offered to view the room first but complained when I lifted...

This is a serviceable hotel in the exciting Fort area which is a dense neighbourhood of alleys. It's hard to get a smile out of the guys in white at the front desk. They charged me for early arrival. The staff are hungry for tips and their grasp of English is tenuous. It's relatively clean, but you have to be...

The rooms are very small. The location is terrible. The staff and manager are very rude and arrogant. There is no window inside these tiny rooms which feels very suffocating. It was my worst stay in Mumbai. Never ever book this Hotel.

My stay at Hotel Oasis was brief yet satisfying. From the moment I arrived in the lobby to when I left, I was faced with fantastic service on all the staff's part, from the concierge to the lift attendant. Not only did they carry my extremely heavy suitcase, they cheerfully gave the wifi password and also caught a taxi for...

Two friends and I stayed in a triple room for two nights late December 2016. In summary: - The hotel is in a good location if you want to see the sites around Fort and Colaba, but the street it's on is pretty loud and grotty (but no more so than Mumbai in general). Bring earplugs. - The room did...

The only accommodation worse than this was the sleeper bus! The pictures on the TripAdvisor listing do not reflect our experience at all. Dingy, dark rooms that felt grimy. No top sheet on bed so had a blanket in direct contact and who knows how long since it'd been washed. A young boy was stuck in the dark, closed cage...

Stayed at this hotel whilst touring around India. Rooms were tiny & dirty, reception staff cold, sheets dirty, noisy, bitten by insects, shower did not work (when reported - the staff stayed that it was meant that way.) Found staff sleeping in the corridor.
