We stayed here for 5 days and seriosuly this hotel shows and put photos online is not the same as actual. Service is very dump, rooms are full of mosqitos we cried literally. Its not worth atall. Kindly book this hotel at your own risk.
The rooms are not as shown in the images. Rooms are worst, not properly cleaned even the toilets. I booked the delux room looking at the images. But frankly speaking images attached are not as per the room. Even cleanliness and hygiene is not maintained at all. Price are simply high and not worth at all. I would not suggest the hotel for the families as well as the solo stay.
Worst hotel ever. Service and housekeeping extremely poor, unprofessional behaviour by the staff member Deepak and Roshan Do not book this hotel if you don't want to ruin your piece of mind and save your money by booking somewhere else
I booked this room on in dec 2021 after looking at the ratings on trip advisor as I trust this site so much I was so so disappointed with this booking… Room condition was pathetic and messy it was not cleaned since months I guess…room size were super small that you can’t even keep your luggage also properly… And the biggest mistake I did was to book the breakfast also….only Upma n idli were there for breakfast that too very poor taste… In every hotel the breakfast is till 10am but still they allow and serve till 10:20 atlst but this hotel just cleared the breakfst at sharp 10 though we were still sitting and eating there.. Suggestion to all that a lodge is better thn paying here so much…NOT ATALL WORTH THE STAY!!!
My wife and I had booked the hotel based on my last year's stay on the 6th floor (see my review of Mar 2020, KinkyLondon). We had asked for 6th floor this time again but I was told rooms were not available. We were given a room on the 4th floor. We hated it so much we rejected it straight away and asked to be given another room. Bathroom had mould, the decor very, very old, bogey picked from nose on wall, numerous stains EVERYWHERE, including on the tiny, dirty "table" on which there was a kettle. We felt physically sick and didn't want to touch anything, afraid of catching something. None of this is exaggerated. It pains me to write this review. We were shown two more rooms, on 3rd floor, a room on 2nd floor (all really terrible, dirty looking, worn, etc), and a room on 5th floor (a little better, had a hammock!). The passageways had carpets so dirty and worn out that I was afraid my shoes would become dirty. We rejected all rooms and searched for another hotel. The only people that stay here are those booked by companies, not really caring what the rooms are like. No tourist would want to stay here. I have never seen such a badly maintained hotel. However I saw the passageway was being decorated on the 4th floor. Do not trust the official photos; they are years out of date. See my photos. Wish I'd taken more pictures of the rooms. But I was desperate to get away. Difficult to show in photos the depressing feel to the rooms. When we stayed last year on the 6th floor the room was half decent and I gave the hotel a very good review. But looks like the rest of the floors have abysmal, dirty, broken, stained rooms. There used to be soap dispensers in each shower rooms but no longer. You have to step out of the shower, go to the sink opposite to get soap (from a dispenser). Whoever owns this hotel does not care what happens to it. Does anyone chek if the rooms have been cleaned? The man at the reception was understanding and suggested an alternative hotel. Eventually we found the wonderful Le Grande hotel (I am a tourist and in no way associated with this hotel).…
I had very good stay here I have been visited this hotel regular I feel like home as the staff is so frendly. SPL front desk Shiv n Shankar these two front desk staff is always ready to help us.. recommend it for all
All staff were super friendly, including Rohini at the reception. Thank you to all for a troube free stay. I stayed on 6th floor. Loved: Space in room, large comfortable bed, free daily newspaper, good free wi-fi, room safe, strong shower flow from above head, tea/coffee facilities in room, wall soap dispensers. Specially loved the wall soap dispensers; all hotels should convert to this instead of individual small bottles and little soaps to stop waste. Cons: Some broken fittings (see pictures), even on premium floor, no welcome instructions in the room like telling you how to access wi-fi (get daily password slips from reception), a bit secluded down a small road which is quiet at night (but was not a trouble) It would not take much to fix the broken bits in the room. Premium floors should not have such flaws. There were a couple of mosquitos that made it in the room, I guess lower floors might have a few more. Breakfast: Was ok. Tea/coffee, a couple of cereals, some cakes, fresh fruits, a fruit juice, eggs made to order and spicy Indian dishes. Overall a pleasant, trouble-free stay.…
Compact place with warm and friendly staff. Spic and span rooms. Very well maintained.all amenities working well. Great food. And the staff os very well-behaved and responsive. Overall a nice place to stay.
One of the very well maintained hotel I visited. Cleanliness is appreciable and is worth the money. I would like to add about staff's good hospitality and management overall nice place to make a stay.
The room was good and bedsheets were clean. The bathroom was also clean. And both of us appreciated the services. Everyone from the hotel manager to the maintenance staff members were helpful and courteous.
