The organization is currently undergoing a massive and tragic overhaul (read - legal fights) and a chunk of that can be seen the moment you step in. We understand it's the pandemic. But simply shutting down is not the answer. The employees are treated poorly with unpaid wages. You cannot expect them to be upbeat with such a demeanor. Sub standard service. Avoid it like the plague.
Another excellent stay... and staff going out of their way to make your stay comfortable... polite and friendly staff.. prompt service.. especially Chetan front desk manager is a gem of a person... true asset to the organisation... overall a positive experience
I travelled to Mumbai in October for business. Because of COVID-19 to travel is not easy and not much fun. But when I arrived in the hotel with the transfer, I felt completely safe and comfortable! Everybody was very nice and friendly, I never had such a service before. The room service was very nice and the food was very good! The room was very clean! They made the best out of this situation. Escpecially Mr. Pankaj Bose was very friendly and helpful. When I will travel to Mumbai the next time I will stay there again.
We have had the best of experience with Hotel Ramada Powai. I really want to thank Mr Chetan & his team for spontaneous service. They did provide a last minute Service which was like a great help. Highly recommend this Hotel for all occasions. Thank you Hotel Ramada for making it worth the stay. :)
It's always easier to get an amazing service post paying for any product or service but Ramada's excellent service started well before I even paid for the room. A special shoutout to Harjit Thakur for setting an excellent example of taking care of prospects before they even become your customers. Harjit was of great help when I was initially enquiring with different hotels for their prices and services over the long weekend. I had called multiple hotels at that time including the big brands and the way Harjit answered all my calls and took care of all the queries was beyond excellence. From the initial call to the check-in to additional facilities in the room, Harjit's efforts made our experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel in terms of its staff's service and helpfulness. A big 5 star to Harjit for her service, she's going to prove a great asset to the company. We had got two rooms. The first room was in excellent condition, however, the second room was decent as well but needed a little work in terms of its interiors as compared to the first one. That was the only little con I would say. Overall great experience. Do look out for Harjit whenever you plan to stay at this hotel. She's a star.…
