We went for a buffet dinner. The menu options are limited but worth it. It's Value fo671302r food. Amazing food. Cheese balls were the best. Moreover, Rohit Chavan and their team give an amazing service to their guests. The ambience is also great.

Dear Management Team Of Peninsula. Kindly ensure that your staff is trained to talk to the guests. You really think with this kind of service you have a right to be called star property. Pathetic Staff with no idea how to respond to a customer . The television in the room never works, and when you call to complain your front office associate would tell to wait as he has already asked the maintenance guy and now its not his job to follow up and top of that he asks tha guest "Jab vo aaye toh aap puchh lena kyo late hai" . I mean well done . Other hotels try to make the experience better throughout the stay but you people find ways to make it worst . I wish tripadvisor would have been having 0 rating too . I would have given you that. I know nothing will change but incase there is someone who is reading it , Kindly dont book.🚫 This hotel is not recommended, Kindly book some OYO despite of wasting your money here.

I had a terrible stay in this property because the night incharge of the front office, Mr. Ramanna was very rude to us. He didn’t provide us with extra room key which was an inconvenience. He said that we have to keep a security deposit of Rs.300 for an extra room key. Please look into this matter. The saddest part is that during this devastating time of Covid the hotel couldn’t provide me with a mask which is a mandatory requirement these days. I would be obliged if these things are taken into consideration because health is important and everyone wants a safe stay.

Avoid at all costs, spend a bit more and get a better hotel. Sleeping over here is a myth, there is a club within the hotel and you can hear the music till 3am so if you enjoying listening to Bollywood music while sleeping then this is the place for you. The WiFi is atrocious, you might as well not bother. The shower pressure is like a hose firing at you, sometimes you feel it wants to attack you. This hotel honestly cannot be 4 star, it’s more 2/3star hotel, 3 being generous. If you ignore this review you will remember me during your first night.

I have stayed in this hotel many times as a corporate booking. However the staff is very new i think so. They dnt understand english well. I had colleagues with me who can only speak english so it was a language barrier. Rooms are also old and bath tub were broken. The dining area orders were delayed so much. We have to ask several times to check for our order. Breakfast is nice.

Stayed for more than a week time for a business trip but really find it pathetic. Not worth 6000 -7000 per night. One can't find any thing maintained, either rooms will not be cleaned daily or bedsheets or linens will not be changed even after 5 day... laundry service highly pathetic while its highly priced. No solution even after complaining to front office or any supervisor or floor incharge. This hotel is serviving because of disc and pub-bars. Wastage of money and time
