I spent one full day in this hotel attending my company's programme. I could check on the credentials of this hotel during the full day spent. Positives : Good service, friendly staff, good food, large parking space and Negatives : Bad location (it is located just next to Saki Naka metro station and the in the surrounding is slums area and big traffic around. The hotel has many banquet rooms but maintenance is a bit of a question mark.

Located in the heart of the suburbs with close proximity to the airport. Had an awesome experience during my friends wedding with the food and the banquet facility. Awesome music with decoration for the grand reception. We stayed at the hotel and the rooms were spaciious enough to accomodate extra person in each of the rooms. Overall a good experience.

I had a terrible stay in this property because the night incharge of the front office, Mr. Ramanna was very rude to us. He didn’t provide us with extra room key which was an inconvenience. He said that we have to keep a security deposit of Rs.300 for an extra room key. Please look into this matter.
The saddest part is that during this devastating time of Covid the hotel couldn’t provide me with a mask which is a mandatory requirement these days.
I would be obliged if these things are taken into consideration because health is important and everyone wants a safe stay.

Avoid at all costs, spend a bit more and get a better hotel. Sleeping over here is a myth, there is a club within the hotel and you can hear the music till 3am so if you enjoying listening to Bollywood music while sleeping then this is the place for you. The WiFi is atrocious, you might as well not bother. The shower pressure is like a hose firing at you, sometimes you feel it wants to attack you. This hotel honestly cannot be 4 star, it’s more 2/3star hotel, 3 being generous. If you ignore this review you will remember me during your first night.

I had visited the Restaurant on 01 Aug 2022 for a Team Lunch with my Office colleagues,
Upon arrival we were given a corner without good lighting and upon persistence did the staff chose to change our tables. No Welcome Drink was served even after we announced that we would going for a Buffet which Ideally should be a standard operating procedure.
The Dishes were not HOT and luke warm at the time of Lunch, The breads did not after one round and we kept on requesting.
It was obvious that the staff was not to keen for a second round of service to us whereas they were quite responsive on other tables which was evident.
The restaurant charged a Service Charge to which I refused but was told to Pay which is against the norms NOW.
Staff response was BAD unlike hospitality service. It appeared that there too many managers around and few to actually to do the service.
Pls avoid this place if possible

Very very bad property …

I stay 2nd time , first time I stay here for whole 1year with our bussiness group members . We have here 3 rooms and stay for 1year but that time & now too much changes and differences. That time Rooms very well clean and staff services 5* but this time , I got room with no door bell working & no shower working. I complained so they say just hold for few sec or min shower valve once it hold than you can take shower easily but not say I do change your room.

2nd major issue for not stay in this property is visitor are not allow & outside food not allow areee if JW , Holiday inn , etc iconic property allow visitors even Indian hotels associations & Maharashtra hotels associations policy say if visitors provide them ID on receptions than allow them to visit in rooms but this property is against policy, even international property allow visitors , Double M Square by Hilton dubai allow 3 visitor to visit the room at anytime but condition is provide your id on reception but this property not follow hotel associations rule & policy.

I m not staying next time for sure & who read my reviews please don’t stay here . After upto you.

A few days back we were invited to the banquet hall of Grand Peninsula for a friend‘s family function. It turned out to be the worst experience at a banquet.
First of all, the location could not be worse. It is right at Saki naka junction where several roads intersect. It took us nearly 20 minutes more than what google map had predicted.
Secondly, the banquet hall had very poor decor, low roof and horrible furniture.
Thirdly, the food was simply atrocious. Simple thing such as chat counter had pathetic food. The main course food was hopeless . I picked up one roti with dal to satiate my hunger but all rotis were served with ghee ( god knows which ghee) and dal was full of cream . I had a look at the dessert counter and everything was repulsive.
The serving waiters were listless and lacked training.
If anyone reading this review is considering to book this banquet, my advice is : Don’t book even if it is free.

I am writing this review to give hands up to Chef Julumat and Chandan in the restaurant. In 2024 i have visited the peninsula grand for like 15-20 times and second visit in August and they didn't miss any chance to amaze with the lip smacking food. Chef Julumat and Chandan cooked just beyond the next level and leaves a very good impression with a warm smile. Along with them rest of the staff Carol and Dheeraj also worked very hard to make the morning breakfast more comfortable. Pass my regards to the entire hotel staff for their dedication and hospitality.
Kudos🙌
