Excellent location. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are very accommodation. Complementpry Breakfast is sumptuous. We stayed at Tunga for 5 days and breakfast spread was fantastic on all 5 days. Vihaara is a very good restaurant and the price is nominal for the location and quality of the food.

I had booked Grand room with king bed for 16Aug after looking at the website which stated that this room has bathtub. When I checked in the room there was no bathtub and after approaching reception it was told to me that bathtub was roomed from all rooms of hotel during renovation recently. However website was not updated for same. I felt terribly cheated since the bathtub was the only reason I paid 1.5k rupees extra for this room as compared to the Superior room in same hotel or any other equivalent hotels near to me. The reception gave me the solution that because it's problem at site I can cancel my booking and get full refund. This is most terrible solution I have ever got from hospitality industry. No one would like to undergo hustle to change the hotel with luggage at very last moment. I asked to give me some compensation over which I was told that I will be given 10% discount only on food. Even the dining apps give better discounts than this and most of the hotels (with equivalent price) provide such discounts on dining by default for people who are staying with them. So I really didn't accepted this charity management was offering me. I was left with no other option but to stay in same room. As an action "bathtub" is been removed from website now which I appreciate. However I am utterly disappointed with management responses to me and loss of my money. Another issue with this hotel is that they don't have bike parking inside gate. Liquor price in hotel is more so I preferred going out to nearby club for drinks.I am giving 2 star since room was very clean and spacious but it was overpriced.

Excellent indian restaurant and as italian I'm used to great food.
We had traditional food and requesting an " acceptable" spicy level we got it exaptly as we wanted.
