We booked a unplanned at stay at this Hotel for two nights from the 20th and 21st December. It is is classified as a three star hotel, from our experience would consider that rating to be over generous. Our premium double room was what could be described as basic, definitely no frills. The room did have a ceiling fan and a wall mounted air-conditioning unit, which was crudely fitted. There were cigarette burns in dressing table. The lock on the front door did not work correctly so the locked needed to be double locked for security. The bed linen was a bit bubbled and a pillow case was stained. The shower screen appeared to be opaque, however it was actually covered in water scale. There was free WiFi in our room as well as a small fridge The hotel was located in the direct flight path from Mumbai Airport and there was a train line behind it, so not the quietest of hotels. …

Positives 1. near international airport and Bandra Terminus train station which is about 5KM away , 2. Reasonably priced for Mumbai , if you book online 3 Quite clean by Indan Standards, 4. Day time Reception staff friendly,night time staff average. 5 Lots of cheap street foods available within 5 mins walk away. 6 Lots of Riksha and taxies outside, but we booked online as they were cheaper, Uba charged only 380 rupees for 6 seater SUV to airport at midnight , but price for return journey was much higher, so negoiate with riksha driver who drops off passengers outside departure terminal. Negartives 1. No inhouse restutarant , breakfast is bought in from nearby , dont book and pay extra for breakfast ; lots of cheap , clean street foods available down a side street near by. 2. Quite a few accessories , like washroom tap ; toliet seat ; TV setup box; extractor fans were not working , how ever they did change our rooms when we complained . Would recommend for over night stay and for families as area very safe and quite .…

The room was very good and clean, and also spacious. I enjoyed the view from the room window. I would prefer it for my next visit. Close to Airport and a local station. Good hospitality and very helpful staff.

If you are looking for decent hotel near near airport or juhu beach, I think 'Hotel Milan International' is the best deal. The rooms are also very clean and spacious.The taste of food is also amazing.

Rooms are very neat. Near to airport. Seems Lift is very dirty and old, time to change. Bath soap and shampoo not so good. Breakfast is not up to mark needs lot of improvement. Reception staff should be improve.

Where to comment & what to leave? Starting from check in experience where the old guy, full in grey beard, had no clue about the reservation. Then some boy came in sleeping like more and in chaapal but arranged room. The room was somewhat ok but think a room with broken TV remote, no toilet roll or other toiletries except one small piece of cheap soap. No drinking water in the room, no kettle to arrange hot water. Pathetic tea with smell of garlic inside. Totally broken flask. Breakfast was in my package but it was even not like your help eats at home. Plain cut slices of bread, jam, same garlic flavored tea, pieces of paratha ... Total contemptible!! Cooks & other support staffs were seen here and there eating stuffs, found in Chappals & shabby attires. Every staff was always looking worst than boys serving at the road side tea stalls. No courtesy at all!! Just waste of money. Such hotels & their owners must be punished.…

Rooms were awesome.Reception staff were good. But bathrooms had no hangers.The restaurant was a nightmare. You can't have buffet breakfast there if you haven't pre booked. Tried dinner there but it was a nightmare. Food was cold. We got rice 15 minutes after our other main dishes were served. Recommend no one to try the restaurant
