We at Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel go back almost two decades since creating the property along the shores of India's most loved landmark ~ Juhu. The property has been recreated to restore the same vibrancy and tranquility, inherited by way of nature. Yet, equipped with all the modern amenities, as expected by the leisure and business traveler. Our guests who have changed generations and know us by our first names will vouch for it. Home to the elite and glamor icons, and easily connected to the domestic as well as international airport, the hotel sits pretty on Mumbai's prime fashion district boulevard.

Detailed Reviews
Nice ambience and well maintained property. Food option and cleanliness also good. Service at par, value for money. Location was very favourable location for the flyers as they can stay nearby to the T1/2 Airport. Staffs are also co-operative and well behaved. Staffs to remember Taniya, Rishabh and Mr. Sanjeeb for support in urgent booking.

The hotel is the kind of effcient but relaxed accommodation that fits in well among the
hustle and bustle of a big city. The rooms are spacious , clean and neat. The staff always
have smile and are willing to meet any reasonable request. The hotel also has 3
restaurants. The food is great and service is impeccable. You can not go wrong with this
hotel. I often stay here and love this hotel..

Stayed here originally, with several family and friends, over a long weekend for a wedding - but enjoyed the place and the location so much, I extended my own stay for the following week (which I had to spend in Mumbai on work). Very pleasant little place, good value for money, one of the nicer locations in Mumbai - walking distance to Prithvi Theatre and its café and Irish coffee (which alone ought to be worth something, in a Mumbai hotel review!!); also of Moshe's; and even a Starbucks close by. Also easy access to Juhu beach for morning runs and the like. (Though, statutory warning - Juhu beach is not what it was, and for those from outside India, is not a holiday beach in the way that beaches in the Caribbean are.) Hotel itself, as far as my family and I are concerned, was clean and well maintained (one minor plumbing niggle in the bathroom was quickly and efficiently addressed by hotel staff); staff were friendly; breakfasts were excellent, though almost entirely South Indian oriented (not a complaint, just an observation). Recommended

This hotel should be aviod although the room is clean. The housekeeping people bothered us by call asking for trying their food or drinks and they could not take request probably and lied. The so-called GM didn't take our complaint seriously and kept arguing with us. Worst of all, a staff called Mukesh did his job impolitely and unprofessionally, he requested for deposit at the time when one of guests was on the schedule handing to airport, explained to him that the staying guest will take care of the bill and it was the fault that they didn't ask for deposit when we have even asked them on check-in. That GM again ignored the fact and let his staff continued. The excutive room is very small and bed is right in front of door which doesn't reflect in their website. Avoid this hotel!

Hotel promises of various facilities..but fails to deliver basic ones such as water for bathing & in room dining. Staff is rude and irresponsible.. Stayed for a better experience in this hotel for one night..but it was a nightmare...never to recommend this boutique hotel to anyone...

I stayed one night at the hotel and the room was nice for the price. When I left they called an Uber for me. There is a bridge closed in Juhu at the moment and the driver didn’t know. I called my hotel and asked them to communicate with the driver that the bridge was closed and to take a U turn. They talked to him and he continued to drive toward the bridge. I asked them to talk to him again and they hung up on me. I called them back and asked him to tell the driver to turn around that he told me to not call the hotel again. So rude. They could have helped me by talking with the driver again but the staff just ended up getting frustrated and became rude. The hotel is only nice when you are paying them but after that they don’t care about you.

Unfortunately never got a chance to stay here. I emailed them on Friday and negotiated a small discount for four nights with Shashi and sent over flight details for the pick-up and confirm. Then emailed again on Saturday and Sunday, called on Monday and was told that they would call me back, called AGAIN today and they said that they had no record of ANY emails whatsoever from me but they would talk to Shashi who is back in two days. Upon my insistence that they tell me what's going on they agreed to call me back within an hour as they have now run out of the executive rooms (the much more expensive rooms are still available though). It's been four hours and I'm still waiting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My family and I stayed at this hotel multiple times throughout January. The hotel is situated in a good location near Juhu beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and mordern, spacious and very homely. Given the location the rooms are quite and a great escape from the city that never sleeps. The beds are comfortable and in-room WIFI is free! A wide buffet choice is offered for breakfast from continental to Indian, both fantastic. The staff and management are extremely humble and courteous and this is what made our experience special. Remember to book in advance to get good rates.

We stayed at the Juhu Residency in early April for 1 night.
We went for the smaller size room with airport pick up which was in a cool cab and not in their private taxi. Check in was smooth and no issues. The air con works well in the room and the bed is ok, not the most comfortable. While having a shower, the handle holding the shower panel broke and it was not fixed throughout our stay.
We had breakfast on the top floor in the morning. Vegetarian option was good with dosa's, paratha's etc.
Over all, it is a budget hotel which has called it a boutique hotel to inch towards the luxury side. It still needs to get the basics right i.e. airport pick up, bathrooms.
Will I be staying at the hotel again, unfortunately not.
