We booked through STA as a last minute decision as we were arriving in Mumbai at 5 am and leaving the following day, huge mistake as we didn't check it out online first. When we arrived there was general confusion and the one computer for internet use was being used by a member of staff to watch porn - we...

While checking in I should have taken into account the horrid faces of guests checking out. I made the mistake of booking here for three because of good reviews from another site more than likely dishonestly filled out by its own property management I checked out that same night Rooms have insects, the bathroom is understocked and filthy, the service...

It's my second hotel in Mumbai and actually it's much better than I expected. My previous hotel Le Grand was at least 50% more expensive, but the room was smaller, it had no fridge and A/C was prehistoric. The only weak point of Singhs is the bathroom, I think. The restaurant offers delicious food, you can order beer to your...

I can strongly recommend caution and a healthy skepticism when dealing with the staff at this hotel, that is, if you choose to stay here, which I would not suggest anyone to do if you have the choice. To begin, the location is a good ways away from most places that tourists choose to see. Granted, it is close to...

having read mixed reviews on this place, we decided to give it a try. Our suspicions started when we had to pay up front... the receptionist with his finger poised over the credit card machine innocently asked, 'what is your PIN No.?' Almost everything was either broken, dirty or missing. We had to ask for towels. The bathroom was filthy,...

I booked this hotel online, and they were prompt with contacting back immediatly. They even arranged a pickup from the airport, which is money well worth, as finding transport is not the first thing you want to do as you get to India, trust me. The hotel fares are average but reasonable for Mumbai prices. The interiors are one step...

Stayed here after catching a flight into Mumbai. Not too far from the airport which was nice only about 250 Rs. For a prepaid cab from the international arrival hall. Room was spacious with clean queen bed. A/C worked well, bathroom had western style toilets and TV in room. Cracks around windows did let in mosquitos though. Looks like they...

I had to pay a surcharge for the air conditionned. The neigbourhood is really poor. The all place is really a rathole. The bathroom had...
