We would like to thank Hotel BAWA International Staff for hosting our 75 Guests on 23rd Feb in 30 room for a day and night stay very comfortably 😀 It shows professionalism of entire operation team. Front desk, Bell boys and room cleaning services staff are well trained to handle such large groups without any hiccups. Not a single guest has come to us and complained about any issue. It is perfect place to host wedding guest's 1-2-3 day's stay. We would highly recommend Hotel BAWA International for Group stay 100-150 ppl for multiple days. Resturant at Hotel serves fantastic breakfast which will keep you full for a day. We had great experience hosting 12 to 15 ppl for lunch or dinner at a time. Food is fabulous & service is prompt. Overall if you have need to host large group of ppl for nearby event, look no further. You have Hotel BAWA International at your service. We thank Hotel management & look forward to visit again 😀

Had to stay for one night and as the hotel is near to the airport, opted for it. To begin with, while booking the hotel mentions ‘Free Airport Pick-up, subject to availability’. What is that supposed to mean. Either you provide the pick-up or you don’t. When I got my office to arrange for the pickup, they said ‘not available’, Very convenient indeed!
The hotel is decent but cramped. The place they serve Morning Breakfast is also very cramped and moving about is quite difficult. Invariably people have to share table with other guests. Breakfast spread was ok, but service not so good as reminders are needed if you have asked for something. Even the room service, I had asked for water but did not get even after 30 minutes and then I had to walk down to the reception, where I was told that additional water bottles are chargeable. Most of the hotels nowadays do not charge for additional water but here they continue to. Also, they could have told me at the time, I had requested for water. Poor practices!
The best thing is the location of the property it’s so close to the airport hat if you do not have luggage, you can just walk to the hotel. Overall a decent and convenient place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in the last week of October 2023. I arranged to book the hotel through my Tour Operator, Indian Holiday Pvt Ltd (IHPL) about 2 months in advance. Initially IHPL offered me 2 or 3 other hotels but after reviewing them, I decided to opt for Bawa as it was relatively better especially in respect of breakfast cuisine. After reaching hoteh I found it to meet our expectations but for the location. Although the hotel is very close to airport but it is surrounded by several hotels in this congested area and a Highway on the other side has huge traffic. Thus our movements to different tourist destinations was taking plenty of time. Coming back to the hotel, our room was reasonably spacious and well furnished having all necessary amenities as a 3-star hotel generally provides. The room tariff as charged by IHPL appeared to be high but I was informed that in Mumbai the room rents in good hotels are generally high in that season. Anyway, we had a comfortable stay and the breakfast was also great with many types of items. The ambience of the restaurant is very good. Once we also took a dinner there and the items were quite tasty. The service is also good. The rooms do not appear to have any balcony and the wall to wall glass window with a huge curtain does not provide a soothing view of the exterior. The hotel is known to have a banqet and spa etc but we did not look for them.

The hotel is conveniently located near the domestic airport, making it ideal for travelers. It's also close to the Vile Parle railway station, offering easy access to various parts of Mumbai. A great option (economically and geographically) for folks traveling for visa purposes. They have some scrumptious buffet options which definitely was well utilized by me and my wife who had travelled to India after almost 2 years and were craving Indian food.
The reception was open even at 4:00 am in the morning and they were able to get us checked in within 5 minutes of our arrival. The restaurant food was good in quality and quantity as well. Rooms were well equipped and there was no noise disturbances so that really helped too.
They also offer Shuttle service for Airport.
All in all, a great Hotel and very well maintained.

Spent a night at this wonderful hotel and left me happy and satisfied in all aspects. Greeted well by the front desk staff, bags in the room without any delay, room keys given in a minute made it a simple and easy checkin. Entered the room and loved it to bits. A perfectly sized room for two people with enough space to move around. Loved the lounge type chair in the room ( personal favourite). Like the room, the washroom is aptly sized with a great shower area. Enough amenities inside will satisfy all basic requirements. Further if anything is needed, housekeeping is quick to respond. Coming to the food part, this hotel is one of the best I have personally experienced. Its right at the top when it comes to food whether it be the breakfast buffet or anything from the alacarte menu. Checkout process was simple again with quick assistance for bags and an airport drop. Apart from the above mentioned things, the staff at this hotel is great! Very very welcoming and full of warmth which enhances your stay experience here. Looking forward to more stays in the future!!

Great stay. Staff was excellent. Rutuja the reception staff was courteous and prompt in her action during arrival and exit too... overall too good stay...value for money.
Next time I wish to have a days stay or more to have complete experience of the property.
The food and drinks we ordered were upto the mark and great taste. Even room service was prompt.
Toiletries included complimentary tooth brush n paste...shaving kit and cotton buds and soap sachet.
Room were neat and clean and overall light in the room was just apt. The airconditioner cooling was also good esp citing the current weather in Mumbai

The Hotel Bawa International is adequate and close to terminal 2. The hotel looks tired and there was a lot of noisy work going on. We ordered a cheese sandwich in the restaurant as we are vegetarians and it came with chicken in it. Horrifying! There were 5 of us and we were given a table for 4 both times we went to the restaurant. The reception staff were unable to help with taxis and said they couldn't guarantee an airport transfers or help with booking a taxi for it, and only suggested we talk to the night receptionist when we pushed the issue. The night receptionist was great and organised it well. We wanted a second key to the room, and when we were given it we were tod that the first key wouldn't work now. When we said we needed two working key cards, they said it wasn't possible because we hadn't asked for it in time. A different receptionist quietly fixed it for us. Both lifts were full of the Owner and his entourage so we had to walk down the stairs.

There are situations in life when you come to Mumbai in a dreadful hurry & exit equally fast. At such times, we are heavily dependent on hotel staff who can show you care & concern like no other. My heart goes out to Sanchi ma'am & Harish Sir, who despite their already busy commitments took great care in seeing that my room was impeccably clean & stocked with the requirements involved in housekeeping. We stayed at The hotel for a month. The staff led by Mr Suresh Kumar was courteous and made the stay comfortable in every aspect. The food is good with enough variety and Mr Singh and his team including Louis took care of every requirement. Hemant, Mehreen and their team at the front desk were proactive in helping in every aspect. The housekeeping team comprising Abhishek, Joydeep, Dilip, Sarfaraz and Savio took daily care of every need with briliant house keeping services.
Would recommend this hotel for location, food, hospitality and comfort and staff courtesy.
