This hotel is located near Chakala metro and the location is the plus point for this hotel. The rooms are good but not the entrance. Breakfast served was also good. In-room dining item costs are also on a little higher side.

Decent hotel and rooms, close proximity to the Mumbai Airport, courteous staff.
Slightly on the expensive side comparing the property and facilities available. Mosquitos and Linen issues were there. Some things could have been better and there is scope of improvement.

Its a pretty decent hotel for the price i paid,
I was lucky to get a great deal from Goibibo and so i got the hotel very cheap. the hotel people were unable to believe the price , The rooms were clean,
Bathroom was not have any ventilation, that was sad, othewise the hotel is good.
Breakfast is very bad, never have the breakfast.

I moved to the Ontime Hotel from the adjoining Vits hotel as had to stay back in Mumbai an extra night and could not extend my reservation in Vits. And boy am I glad I did. While hotel looks very unassuming from the outside, it's a completely different experience once you check in. What sets apart The Ontime Hotel is the staff, the warmth, away from the coldness of a normal hotel. The rooms are great with all the facilities thrown in as any 4 star hotel would. Clean comfortable beds, clean new linen which is necessarily changed everyday (not seen this in some 5 star hotels also), great room service etc etc. But what truly sets apart the hotel is the staff and their service (which is what i always look out for). the staff is extremely helpful and friendly whether customising our food or asking for extra towels in the middle of the night. Highly Recommend this place. I have already stayed here three times after the first time and look forward to going back again.

I felt most wonder & gentle, being staying at THE ONTIME HOTEL.
Very friendly staff, Specially Management & other correlated dept.
Must visit atleast once to make mind peace and Calm. Manager DIPANKAR is too helpful and cooperative too

Best hotel with good price. very friendly staff. Reception guys are just dying to help the guests. I actually would like to visit this hotel again n again. Best food quality & you will feel like family here. awesome!!!!

We booked Ontime hotel after reading reviews but had to face many many problems. We stayed on 3rd Feb for 4 nts. Rooms we got were sinking, Washroom was Dirty. No water bottle. We had booked Premier room and they gave us lower category of room and then again on fighting they shifted us.
Service: Service quality is ZERO. Front office people dont know how to speak with guest.Every body was fighting with reception that their room is not good. Breakfast was again POOR. Cold sambar, Oily and cold poory.
These people doesnt know the meaning of Hospitality whereas they were working in a Hotel. STRANGE....
NOTHING WAS OK. THEY ARE CHEATERS. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.. Dont get into the trap of good reviews.

Shabby rooms, very rude and cheating staff, dirty linens ,they do not provide complimentary water in rooms. very very shady hotel .please do not stay even if given for free.Not at all advisable for travellers with ladies.

The Hotel is actually on the 1st floor,the photo is clicked in such a way that people should believe as the whole building is ontime hotel.The rooms are spacious,averagely clean ,Food Prices are expensive .
