Considering the location of this place and the average price of 3.5-4k per night, this is not a bad option at all. Staff is cooperative , rooms are average and bathroom is good. Whatelse you want if you stay here .

Staff was good and helpful. Food was awesome. Major renovation is required for room. AC and Fan need to be changed. Toilet should be kept clean. A mosque is there alongside. Very small space for parking.

Dirty rooms and uncleaned bathrooms are with webs flooring is also old. Location is also disgusting nothing is nearby every time one will have to take a Rick or private cabs like Ola or Uber horrible experience plz avoid. Not meant for family .

This hotel has a lot of problems. The staff are very good and very helpful, though. The hotel is old , the room has a smell, there is rust in the bathroom taps and showers and under the sink, toilet is old and shaky, linen old and not changed everyday. I even complained that the linen was biting us at night, did nothing about it. Everyone does everything there. You will see the same guys as bellboy, kitchen staff , room service. The food is disgusting except for the biryani. The walls in the rooms are swollen as if water leakage inside the walls. The staff however try to keep this hotel as clean as possible. However, the boss needs to change things and fix this hotel and not just come each morning and do the calculations. You will never find a taxi to get around unless you get uber or Ola. There’s rickshaws everywhere and if you are a family of four , they don’t take you. Not a good place to stay at all. It just feels not right. I wonder why people are giving such good reviews. …

Very centralised location in Goregaon. Close to Bombay Exhibition Centre. Nice rooms with clean wash rooms. Thanks Abdul Bhai for making our short visit so good. Will definitely come again. The Royal Escape

We had a exhibition in Bombay exhibition centre and this hotel was near so we used this for 4 days . Hotel was ok not very good but it was ok too stay . There were cockroaches in room so I think this needs to be taken care by hotel staff . Room service was good and staff were polite . Breakfast we not good as they had very limited options . Prices were ok .

I stayed at Hotel Lucky for 1 night for giving my PMP exam and it turned out to be a very good decision. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the Prometric exam center and this was a big positive for me. Service is very prompt and professional - absolutely no complaint. Rooms are ok - not luxurious by any standard but livable. The only negative with location is the surrounding area which has slums plus speaker noise from nearby mosque. Restaurant attached with the hotel is also very good and serves nice food. Overall a good place if you are for some work or business.

I stay here for 4 days to join OTM trade fair at BomBay exhibition centre . The hotel has own restaurant so it is convenient for us to have dinner. Room is quite old, especially the bathroom. All the staff is boy but friendly and helpful. I love the people and location not the facility

I booked the hotel via booking.com had 2 rooms booked for 5 nights. Before leaving home, I received a text message on my phone saying a needed to phone the call center to confirm my booking whish I need insisting on the fact that I am arriving late at night. When I recahed the hotel at 2 am I was told that the teams had cancelled my booking and that they did not have the requested rooms. Since when does a hotel decide on your behalf to cancel anything??? I still managed to rebook my stay giving it all another chance. I am still at the hotel now but couldn t wait until check out to share the past couple of days: room service forgot about our order, wifi ID to change everyday if no local number, no cleaning of the rooms or at least replacement of the basic amenities. I am still staying for work purposes for 2 nights and wonder what new surprises are awaiting... The bottom line is just don't book here.…
