Beautiful place in middle of city. Every place we wanted to visit was so easily accessible from here. Airport was nearby, restaurants were, juhu beach etc. The moment we checked in, we felt our rooms are small, we shared the concern with front office and we were given bigger rooms right away, which is a rare in Mumbai hotels. Huge rooms, gigantic hotel, beautifully constructed, over courteous staff, we really had an awesome time. Special mention to Mr Amit, Priya (who really went over board to help us) Vinod at housekeeping, Nimisha & Ayushi at front office, Suresh and team at spa, and the entire bell desk team, they managed all my incoming & outgoing parcels soooo efficiently without any delays. Also we were pampered & showered with so many extra amenities. Thank you for making our stay really memorable. Grateful 😇 Keep rocking!…
