After a two year absence I returned to the Leela. I found the well known service and flair yet I missed the famous floral decorations and the dedicated breakfast room of the Royal Club. Great to experience the familiar courted of the staff and service in the Club Lounge
Nice rooms with beautiful view of greenery and pool. Very good hospitality with very cooperative staff, good buffet breakfast. Clean Rooms with all toiletries provided. Has large varieties of food available.
Pravin, Amit and Sunil all three of them were very friendly and effective trainers. They helped me with my body transformation. Every days after workouts they help me with stretching. All the equipments in the gym was good. Very Pleasure experience.
The experience was like never before. Only a few people like Puja occupy a special place in hearts. Special mention to other staff members as Jitendra and Sudhir for their heart warming services. Will always cherish the experience. Thank you Leela for the amazing stay for me and my daughter :)
It was not a good experience with the same check in procedure from my couple of visits to leela . Last time it was at delhi chanakyapuri and these time its mumbai. Leela is a luxury class hotel we expect some better service from . The name Leela when we hear we think of prompt service and an home away from home experience. But nowadays i don't understand what happen to there service I cannot see both of these things in there service . I would like to mention certain points that have been noticed in the stay # The warm greeting was not there at the porch from any of your staff . # At checkin i was told that they have not got the booking we where standing there for almost 15 to 20 mins but no one even bother to make us seat or offer us a glass of water . Than as i was tired i only myself asked for it . As it was already 25 mins the lady told us sit at the lobby . I don't understand when i gave them the confirmation number of my booking why where they waiting for the booking to show or they must have given me the room and instead of making me wait for 1 hour . And no one from the manager bother to make us feel comfortable. Than the very important thing i notice about the privacy and security of your guest . We went at the pool and nobody questions us where we are going we were just like outsiders but we were sitting at the pool with your other room guest which i feel very awkward about as in most of the good luxury hotels only room guest can access the pool area as it saves there privacy but i don't know why the property like mumbai leela does not maintain the privacy for there guest . Then we went back to the front desk as we where waiting that someone from the staff will come to call us when they get the booking but these time also i was wrong the booking showed up but no one came to find us i don't know why these kind of let go attitude in the staff . The manager told me he had upgaraded us . But when i went to the room i saw the same normal room no upgradation. I don't understand why they have to lie i thaught they might have upgraded to lounge access i called the lounge there also another embarrassment they told i not hwve access and wht upgrade they have done gods knows . Or they just lie about it . The room given was looking like a old under repair room the corner of the walls where broken , no amenities placed for 2 people as the room was booked for 2 people . The breakfast given in the morning in the room with the help of lisha was great But then again the waiter asked me to pay For it inspite of lisha informing me that i not need to pay as i already paid for the breakfast and it is included in my package . There was no fond farewell as i was expecting someone from the managers should atleast check with me kajal was humble and polite . Please look in the guest service by the management team as they will take decision more fast and it will safe the guest time and make them feel comfortable and happy . I love leela personally as they have the best property and rooms but the service makes the hotel more good to make the guest like us feel secure and home way from home experience …
A must experience place, great food, great ambience, The management - Lokesh, at the lobby is such a great gentleman and full of gratitude Excellent location and guest service, even after a decade leela still doesn't failed to surprise me I am humbled. Shall visit again.
There was a wedding in our family for 2 days at Leela. The staff and hotel was good. Service was excellent . We all were really satisfied with the amenities. Management and staff was supportive. They fulfilled their commitments
We wanted to book a room at this property for one night and emailed the reservations team for quotations. The responses were pretty late and when we asked for some clarifications, we did not receive any response whatsoever. (Still waiting for a reply on my email). Moreover, the rate that they quoted was more expensive than what was being shown on the website. This experience just put me off from booking this property and we ended up staying at another property nearby.
This Leela property near Terminal - 2, Mumbai nicely placed with garden space and pool. Rooms are good. Buffet area is little smaller. 6 degree Celsius Bar is good. Services at buffet needs to improve. Reception should me more alert for the members privileges.
I have had the most amazing stay at The Leela Mumbai for a period of about 20 days. And the ever helpful and efficient staff made a home away from home. A special thanks to Mr. Swapnil Kondve, on going beyond and above to help manage transportation to and fro to my training centre making my work much easier to deal with.
