5 star luxury 5 min drive from the mayhem of the international airport. You will invariably arrive in the early hours of the morning and I would recommend requesting the hotel car pickup. Even though it is relatively expensive for what it is, you will be checked in and in your roon within 30 mins of exiting the airport. I was acknowledged as dimonf and upgraded to the executive level and offered comp breakfast, a far cry from the 15 dollar "voucher" handed out in US. I only stayed the night- the room was totally soundproof, very luxurious all around with all usual trappings. Breakfast has huge selection of hot meals, freshly made local savory pancakes and eggs. The exec lounge is beautifully done up in colonial style. Great stay

We generally like to explore various buffets restaurants, thought to celebrate an occasion at The Brasserie - Hilton Hotel.
First to start with ambience - truly elegant Have lots of selfie and picture taking backdrops. 4⭐️
Second to food - starters and soups are have good choices, moving to main course - Murg Dum Briyani is Must 5⭐️, roasted chicken is also best for calorie conscious. Desserts has plenty of choice where we liked rose kheer.
Third to Service - staff is very polite and helpful they know how to handle guests Specially Juei, Rakesh. 4⭐️
Overall very good experience must try.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
The drive up entrance to the hotel is very small and there is security that checks the car before the barrier is opened, then a bellhop takes all your luggage from you to scan it and you are personally scanned by a security guard before you are allowed to enter the hotel. This does give you some comfort that you are safe in the hotel, but can be a little confusing if you didn’t know that this would happen
The check in staff at the hotel were very friendly and due to my Hilton Honors membership my room was on the Executive floor. The room was large with a comfortable king bed, comfortable lounge chair and foot rest, work table & chair and flat screen tv. I didn’t have the TV on so I don’t know how many English channels there are. Wifi worked well in the room, but I did struggle to find sockets to charge my devices, I didn’t see any at the work table, which is strange if you wanted to plug your laptop in to work (unless I missed them) I could only find one close to the floor at the mirror and at the bedside table on one side of the bed.
The bathroom was compact with only a little room to put your toiletries, the shower was a good size and the pressure was good. The hairdryer was a good hairdryer which wasn’t stuck to the wall so you could use it where you wanted (if you could find a socket).
I had access to the Executive Lounge on the 4th floor which opened between 6 – 8pm. It is split into 2 with the first area more of a lounge area with large TV, whereas the second area was laid out more like a restaurant. There was a buffet of food which had a good selection where you helped yourself but for the drinks you had to ask the waiters. I went later to the bar, but wasn’t able to have access as they said there was a private event and they advised that I used room service. They did suggest I go to the Winter Garden, but that was just an outdoor courtyard with chairs, there was no bar or other facilities in this area.
I was there for a quick stay before my flight so didn’t get an opportunity to use the gym or other facilities that the hotel has I didn’t have breakfast so I’m not able to comment on the selection or quality. When I checked out of the hotel I was able to add airport transport onto my bill (approx. £14) – the airport was only 3 mins drive away, although this was late at night and there was hardly any traffic – this would be very different during rush hour I imagine
Overall I found this hotel to be very comfortable and luxurious hotel, the staff very friendly and helpful and a great hotel to rest in before your flight

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service standards and facilities during our recent event at Hilton Mumbai on December 14, 2024. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of the high standards we expected from the esteemed Hilton brand.
Conference Hall Arrangement: The conference hall provided to us was interconnected with another hall, leading to significant disturbances. Conversations and sounds from the adjacent hall were clearly audible, disrupting the focus and flow of our event. Additionally, despite our event being scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM, the welcome board was not displayed on the hotel’s system until 2:57 PM. Embarrassingly, this issue was only rectified after all our guests had already entered the venue.
AV Setup: The AV setup, which is an essential element of any professional event, should have been ready well in advance of the event start time. Unfortunately, in our case, it was only completed at 2:55 PM, leaving us with no time for testing or adjustments. This delay was unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress to our team.
Missing Basic Conference Accessories: Basic conference accessories were noticeably missing. Although notepads and pencils were provided on the desks, no mints were kept, which is a standard practice in similar venues to enhance guest comfort. This oversight added to the sense of unpreparedness and lack of attention to detail.
Early Check-in Issue: Despite our group booking of eight rooms along with the banquet hall and the additional revenue generated, early check-in was not extended to our guests. While we understand the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, it was disheartening to witness other guests being allotted rooms ahead of us, even in my presence. This lack of prioritization, despite the substantial business we brought to the hotel that day, was both disappointing and unacceptable.
Water Bottles: The water bottles provided in the hall were unconventional and difficult to open. Guests had to rely on the AV personnel for assistance, who also struggled with them. The bottles, resembling wine bottles, were inappropriate for a professional event and did not align with the formal nature of our gathering.
Hi-Tea Management: The hi-tea setup was poorly managed. It was observed that individuals not associated with our event accessed and consumed the refreshments. This lack of supervision and exclusivity was unprofessional and disappointing.
We chose Hilton for its reputation for exceptional service, but our experience fell far below expectations. I urge the hotel to address these concerns promptly and take corrective measures to ensure such issues do not recur in the future.
As a result of these poor standards, we have decided to shift our next event from Hilton to another Luxury Brand.

I have been a Hilton honors member for a few years now & have stayed in various Hilton properties all over the world. We chose the Hilton at Mumbai International airport for a 2 night stay. We were immediately impressed with the pick service they arranged from the airport & the quick & efficient check in by Anjali who was very thorough. Wesley, the concierge, was fabulous too However when we got to the floor by the elevator, there was a very strong odour of smoke in the corridor. We hadnt realised that the hotel still offered smoking rooms. The room however was nice and although it was a non smoking room, the odour filtered through the air conditioning. We had been travelling & so were too tired to go back down, also figured that this probably was the room we had selected. We showered and made our way to the Executive Lounge for the evening drinks hour. Akram was wonderful and looked after customers well. We had dinner at the restaurant included in our room rate. The serving staff here were just not interested & stood around chatting or on their phones. Everytime we needed something we had to get up to get their attention. There was a wonderful selection of food on the buffet but the experience was ruined by the staff. The next morning at breakfast it was a similar affair. To get the staff to understand you wanted a plain filter coffee was a mission and then a simple order for fried eggs was totally lost in translation. To make things worse we sat by the poolside for 2 hrs and felt like a drink but no staff came out(in spite of there being a bar). Having Lounge access we thought we could get a drink there but even there there was no staff or any drinks. We came down to Reception and made our displeasure known. Renika was wonderful and apologised, escorted up back up to the Lounge and got us a drink. We originally decided to extend our stay by another night but after all the hassles I spoke to Renika and asked if we could stick to our original departure date. Once again she listened and immediately changed our room to a better one with no smell of smoke. We do not make a habit of complaining but when you stay at a Hilton property you do expect a certain standard. I work in hospitality too & realise how important it is to maintain a brands standard. The waiting staff here seemed quite disinterested & going through the motions. I do not believe that to get service anyone should need to complain.

Here is a summary of what has gone wrong to get a review like this
1. Cab without confirmation: they will send a cab for you at airport because my travel agent just told them about my arrival timings to airport. A basic courtesy suggests that you must call the guest to confirm if he needs the cab or not. And even though, u didn’t use the service, at the time of check in which is 12 hours after u have denied cab, the hotel will tell you that u used the cab and the amount would be added to ur bill. At least check with the customer
2. Take reservations for any room and offer some other room: have stayed at Hilton Mumbai before and not Hilton Honors profile is updated. Yet when I reach at 11 in the night after a tough day at work, I am told that ur booking of King bed non smoking is not available and we can offer you twin beds with a better view or give u a smoking room. That’s like offering pasta or pizza to a consumer who is asking for Dosa! After a long 20 min conversation and escalating at front office, the room magically becomes available and offered. In between, no apology for wasting 20 min at this hour.
3. Consumer conversations and attitude: this is where the hotel has major issues of u disregard the above two points as just minor one off incidents. I had to tell them so many times that I didn’t use the cab and I don’t need twin bed. You can’t force your available inventory and expect the guest to take it. Or just don’t take bookings. Even during all this, it’s not a request being made. But almost forced to choose between available options. And then there was FOM or duty manager Madhura who feels that customer is only lying and does not want to pay for cab he never asked for or never used. And when I requested for a call with GM, I am told that I will check with his secy tomorrow morning and see if we can do this conversation. You never say no to a customer who is unhappy and wants to give feedback. Hope there is better feedback and they feel apologetic about making their guests unhappy. Need redressal mechanisms available at the hotel and they improve. This property can do wonders but it lacks staff who actually want to help the customers. I would suggest all frequent travellers to do the same make choices. I also hope the GM takes some precious time out and manages to speak to customers. Never faced the same issue at few nearby taj and Marriott properties.

Another time disappointing for the brand HILTON Booked a king majestic suite room for my sister in law as a gift
As per Screenshot i have booked king majestic suit with had preference for honeymoon special arrangement room i was not served with it.
I have requested for room decoration but in the screenshot no 2 i was not entertained by the hotel staff.
My room being a suite was entitled for a complimentary wine bottle but it was not served i think the hotel staff took it as a compliment from my booking.
I have called property 2 times because i want the room to be decorated and i was ready to pay for it but the hotel staff talked to me in a very disrespectful manner and told me that i am calling them for 4 to 5 times the assistant manager named mona (thats what i was told on phone) insulted me on the phone.
I was told by the hotel that manager will call me back but till date i didn’t receive any response from the hotel.
Pathetic after sale service paid a huge amount for the room but not for the insult this is how you treat your guests it is not acceptable from a brand called hilton.
I request you to take necessary steps.
I require a full refund for the insult.

We were in India on a month long vacation in August/September and one of the highlights of our trip was our stay at the Hilton Mumbai International Hotel, situated near the airport in Mumbai. The hotel itself is magnificent, with luxurious interiors and rooms. A beautiful reception area, great restaurants, with a wide choice of gourmet foods, bar, pastry shop and spa and a great pool at the rear of the hotel. It even has a great surprise and secret for guests who explore the hotel – a beautiful ‘desert themed’ garden at the center on the third floor, complete with palm trees and fountains. The rooms are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms that have both, a walk in shower and bath tub. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and evening social at the executive lounge were fantastic, with the widest variety of food and drinks that you can imagine. But what made our stay most memorable is the wonderful staff at the hotel, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Right from Anjali Mistry of guest relations, who welcomed us so warmly and made sure we got an early check-in and hot breakfast when we came in early in the morning after a tiring overnight trip. She was all smiles and ever present during our entire 4-day stay at the hotel. Thank you very much, Anjali! Big thanks to Siddesh, Pavan, Kaif, Rhanjamo, Harsh and Rishab who made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Nikhil of housekeeping did such a wonderful job taking care of our room and Wesley of the concierge took care of our baggage so well. Special mention of Kelvin of housekeeping who was so very friendly and gave us a tour of the facilities – walking us through the spa, gym and swimming pool, and taking our pictures. Thanks also to the security team who make sure the hotel is safe for all the guests. All of these people and the chefs who cooked such great food made our stay unforgettable. Thank you!

The flush in room 321 is not always operational. The Pad Thai and Chilli chicken I had was not good and caused me to throw up after 30 minutes. On 20th June, the fresh watermelon served at breakfast was not exactly fresh. The rooms are too dar from the elevator. I left behind my earphones in the room but nobody called me back asking if I need it back or if they can keep it (especially because during checkout on 22 June morning I specifically asked them to kindly check once if something has been left behind by mistake). The sink in room 321 was found clogged twice too. So many issues!
