This place is in a very poor state. I had to move rooms twice, due to noise and a leak in the bathroom. I would avoid at all costs as there are 3 night clubs on site and you will not get a rest due to the noise. Rooms are crummy, dirty, stains on walls and furniture, holes in bed linen. Bathroom has cracked and chipped sanitary ware, mould on seals and looks awful. Breakfast has a good range and staff accommodating.

A nice place to stop over in Mumbai , breakfast included was really worth it , & must say they have good chef as the food was very tasty . Friendly service . Smaller rooms but has all the facilities, can’t fault anything to be honest. I had a pleasant stay . & was easy to catch rikshaw from outside , to get around . We went locally to lokhandwala for shopping .. which was full of shops & infinity shopping mall .

Please never book at least a daycation at this hotel. That was the only reason for our visit. To spend a relaxing day at a pool. Staff training extremely poor. Both check in and check out were extremely slow. The "set meal" the restaurant managers got extremely rude about insisting that it was to be sent to only the room and can't be served at the restaurant after we were seated there. We don't prefer having meals in the room as it leaves a smell lingering for long. Finally after lots of arguments, the hot us a "biryani" as the the "set meal". But it was really just a pot of coloured rice with watery boiled chicken added to the "non veg" version and nothing at all in the "veg version". This is after waiting and arguing for over half an hour. And the seniors on the staff - the manager and probably the chief hostess glared at us throughout for insisting we didn't want to eat in the room. The standard room is large enough, well laid out and well maintained. The pool is also really nice, large enough and, clean...but totally abandoned. It's also somewhat cramped with gym equipment strewn around it. Staff there looked bewildered too because we turned up. Guess no one actually uses the pool except perhaps staff. We'd have gone back for the pool and rooms. But definitely won't with the gross untrained, impolite behavior of all staff.…

This hotel is one of the best places to choose when you visit Mumbai. If you stay here do meet Master Chef Vinod , his tandoor preperations will make you drool. Its Mirchi is located in the heart of Juhu, a party destination. The restaurants at the hotel is a foodie paradise. They serve delicious food. Do enquire about the live band events, the band at Its Mirchi is super talented . The hotel is total value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel has the best kind of guest services, very polite and has the best etiquettes. I love it, the food the ambiance everything is great. Rates are also perfect and we enjoyed staying here, each room has bathtubs and water pressure is super cool.👍🏻

Good decent property but rooms are too noisy .. They have 2 nightclubs in a small property and music is loud till 12 am. They don't have noise free rooms wherever you go. Buffet breakfast is nice but if you order something basic special like a black coffee it takes 20 mnts. In nutshell property is good and near to Juhu beach, stay only if you are a night owl and don't mind a black coffee that doesn't gives any kick and isn't warm.

I was nice experience staying for 2 days with my father. Room was quite decent with ample of space. Room service was nice. I found exhaust is a bit of an issue in bathroom which makes room moistured including Mirror and floor too. Everything else was fine. Restaurant staff was very polite and welcoming. Specially, a guy named Sanjeev helped with special diet. Food was nice too.
