Amazing staff alpesh pranali they our special order everyday when we come for bfast already serve to table great knowledge both.. Same in eve staff akhilesh sainath mohan deepak they serve us cocktail starter was perfect.. Team lounge is best
We were here during second lock down. Our stay was simply amazing. Do not forget to try lunch or dinner. We got last minute deal which turned out be most memorable memory of my life. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay here
I have been coming to this hotel for well over 15 years, they have rebranded from Renaissance to Westin but the service is just as good. The hotel may have changed its décor, some of the staff may have changed, but the service is still superb. Food and drink is excellent, hopefully they will open a bar again when the travel industry increase, but it is a minor thing to do without. I missed the elephant, the musicians in the lobby and the pool bar, but it is now more open and flowing, the new coffee shop perfect to relax in before going up to the room after arriving from work. I was not there long enough to bother with the executive lounge so I hope it is still the same standard with screens to watch the cricket on, hopefully on my next visit I will get time. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, they adapted their offerings to suit my needs without being pushy or over effusive. From check in to check out any interaction with any of the staff made me feel welcome and special, ideal after a week working out of town.…

It was terrible ecperience, that old and dirty full of dust and chief does not know to cook even a pasta. Pizza is not available. Hotel smells very bad and full of mosquitos. Whole 2 days maintanence sounds were coming, when we call reception, it stops and after half an hour they start again. Not hygenic!!!! Pls check photos. Apart from this, for almost 10 days still blockage from my cc has still remaining and did not remove it. Pls see photos and do not spend even a penny to this hotel. Never again!!!
This was a very comfortable stay for me and my family. I must specifically thanks to Mr Lionel Noronha to make this stay a memorable one. Excellent coordination done by him to accommodate our last minute request too. Thanks Westin team. Regards
Very nice and expansive property, ample things and places for everyone. This was our second new year at the hotel, always like to go back. Lionel at the front desk was amazing and provided a top notch customer service. Keeping in mind the large crowd expected in the morning breakfast, management made arrangements for a gala type breakfast in one of their banquets, superb decison, it was so smooth, comfortable and had such a large breakfast spread. Staff was very cooperative and very helpful. Executive lounge in the 31st evening was a little on the downside, was short on staff and it was messy, considering the premium members using the lounge, a little effort could have been made to make it manageble.
Repeated visit to the property. Loved the stay this time as well. Couple of things where hotel management shall pay some attention : 1) Room 1135, no lock for the bathroom door, and sliding door just keeps opening up 2) Hair Dryer can be little better, it just didn’t plug in properly in any electrical socket, so annoying and ultimately couldn’t use it.
Loved the stay and enjoyed our new year with your events. Would surely like to visit here again. We visited the spa and it’s was very soothing for me and my family. Thanks for looking after us .happy new year
Terrible and Pathetic Senior Manager - James .Zero in Hospitality and manners no respect for The Guest . I had paid 4000 as security deposit to avoid irritation of paying for room services. I had specially requested to get soup before dinner then too it came with dinner totally cold and manchorian we ordered was hard like stones. No courtesy to appologise for spoiling the dinner .on top of that their guy for settling room service bill and whn i said i have given deposit he saying not showing in the system. After checking he said tht due to 31st we dont keep pending and straightly insulted that many guests run away without settling. No shame for such statement .I am Mariott Bonvoy Member and 1st Such terribel experience in a mariott property must have stayed 10 nights in mariott properties in 2022…
