Renaissance offers you with ultimate luxury and heartwarming hospitality right from check-in. The front office team is warm and follows all norms from social distancing and sanitization is followed to optimum level. We had booked a King Room, but due to unavailability we were presented with a smaller room initially. The Front desk team specifically Mr. Sameer Raj was considerate enough and as soon as available, we got an upgrade to a Suite Apartment instead.
We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast, Lunch and dinner included. Though it’s a set menu , the chef and entire F&B team to name Roshan Sawant, Sachin Kharat and Manoj - are more than happy to cater to your specific needs given the limited time frame and selective availability of resources.
Me and my family enjoyed a lot and hope to visit again soon .

The place has beautiful views. You will have place to go down for a walk inside the property.
Rooms are well equipped with pots and pans and cutlery, a microwave oven, electric stove. A very good option if you want to rent the place for a business visit or even a personal visit. a home like feeling with good service and view.
You are allowed to order your own food from local deli's and can even order your groceries from big basket for daily needs.
it's a good getaway location with some peace and quiet.
Decently priced for the services they offer.
Rooms are tastefully designed and will give you a sense of calm and luxury.
Entire staff is very courteous and always helpful.

The Mumbai life and all its various issues make us all busy. To find a picnic spot in its heart is not easy. However the Rennisance and the Lakeside Apts are just that, as you entre in its like you have hit a nice picnic spot and especially in ythe Monmsoon its the best and that too in the city. Whats more is the service standards and maintainance of this property has remaind the same and consistent over so many years that i have been visiting. The front Office Manager Swati Dey of the Lake side Apartments made our stay super because of the efficiently managed services, prompt responses and accurate information. The resteraunt Manager Tanay was so very obliging and ensured that the dinner option we chose was delivered to the room on time, well packed and piping hot.

The property is well situated and is surrounded by beautiful greenery. Our stay was literally pet-friendly and personalised. We had mentioned during our booking that we were Gouri celebrate my son’s 2nd birthday at the property, and this information was used to decorate the room with balloons, a Happy Birthday Sign and a superbly delicious cake to surprise my little boy and us. Swati Dey from the reception greeted us with a beautiful smile, a soft toy for my son and a warm pat for my fur baby. All our requests and needs were addressed and met. All of the staff was extremely courteous and friendly and showed no signs of discomfort when greeting my fur baby too. At one point I found myself chasing my over excited fur baby around the lounge and reception area, but at no point were we made to feel even a slight bit uncomfortable. They have a package for including pets and excluding as well. With the kitchen appliances available, you can also carry raw food and make it right there for your pet, or for yourselves. The food was really yum too, and the executive apartments were comfortable and spacious. The walls are a bit thin though and do not have any noise cancellation so you can overhear a mumbled conversation happening in the bedroom adjacent to yours. So you got to be careful what you do in there. Lol. But I would definitely recommend a beautiful staycation at this place! Loved the experience!

What to write when you are pampered with ultimate lap of luxury and being spoilt with heartwarming hospitality right from checkin till date . The front office team is warm enough to have all your nakhras attended !!! We had initially planned for 2 nights and we extended to 5 nights
It is pet friendly which means you can get your pets ; observing strict protocols still table tennis , lawn tennis , carrom is active . We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast and dinner included . Though it’s a set menu , chef Matta and entire F&B team - Digvijay , Rahul , Satish , Jason , Rohan Sutar are more than happy to cater to your specific needs and spoil you more
With so much of negativity going around in these covid times , a drive in the city in powai with ultimate luxury and hospitality at economical unbelievable pricing is priceless .
Me and my family with kids enjoyed a lot and hope to come soon .

Big spacious rooms with full kitchen. Showers could have been scrubbed down better. Bed was nice and rooms where clean aside from det shower. Staff was helpful and service-minded. Not too much to choose from for breakfast, but the chef prepared a good omelette of your choice.
No view from the room I was given. Guess you will need a top floor room facing the lake to be able to see anything at all.

Super happy to chose Lakeside Chalet for my solo staycation. The property as the name suggest is beside beautiful Powai Lake. The checkin to this property was smooth, attention to details were given especially on the safety protocols. Also it was a great gesture to upgrade me to lake view room and it was really nice of the front desk team to make this special for me. The apartment is spacious and has more than what you would expect from a service apartment. The in-room dining continues to be top class and its 100 percent sure that I will be revisiting this property pretty soon.

We stayed here for 3 nights on a recent visit to Mumbai. The bedrooms in the one bedroom suite are terribly small and the queen beds just cannot accommodate 2 adults and one child. While they offered an extra bed that would have been placed in the sitting room and that didn't work for us. The closets are extremely small and can barely accommodate anything and there is no place to store the suitcases. We were on the 9th floor and it had seepage on the walls of the lobby area plus stained carpets. We requested for a change in rooms (a paid change) to Renaissance which was in the same premises but there were way too many excuses - one minute it was available, next minute the check out was still to be done and then there were excuses about real-time booking issues and no control over when they get booked. It all sounded very bizarre.
I am a club marriot member and the service really disappointed me. The hotel is in need of a major refurb. We checked out a day early.

The room was perfect with all amenities. They had a designated area for pets to stroll. Hotel served us Dinner in our room and Breakfast we could take our pet Beagle and sit out in the Patio, relax and have our breakfast-the servers were so polite kept on coming to us asking if we needed anything. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends with pets.

We were looking for a short vacation within Mumbai and we found a perfect place - Lakeside Chalet, Marriott. Mr. Aniruddh Gupte, helped us to get the best deal and a perfect stay. He was very cooperative and helped us even though he was on leave during our stay. They arranged a car for us when we were stuck in heavy rain outside the property. Further the staff was very nice and professional. They gave us many surprises like Picnic arrangement and gifted us a photo frame as a see off gesture. Mr. Tanay (in dine incharge) was very kind and helped us meet our food cravings by arranging dishes specially for us. Overall it was one of the best experience we have ever had. If you are looking for perfect relaxation this is the place where your search ends. Looking forward to visit again. Thanks Marriott Family for the wonderful stay.
