Amirtharaj provided excellent service at the JW Marriot. The breakfast is unparalleled. Highly recommend JW Marriot JUHU. The buffet was of the highest standards. We will be back for sure to fill out bellys!
Second time I stayed at the Juhu JW Marriott in a month. Had given some feedback from the last visit and impressed to say that most of it was acted on despite it being such a large and busy hotel. Great infrastructure and very professional and caring staff. All in all I am super impressed.
Room was clean and well done. The hotel room do need updating, however the staff maintain a very clean and stress free atmosphere. The Breakfast buffet is lovely - the waiters - Kevin, Jordan, Seol were amazing.
The property is well maintained, with very courteous and polite staff in general. Would be very happy to be back here on my next visit. They even provided me an early check in as per my request. A small incident that had happened though was that I booked a table over phone which while confirmed .. they didn't keep the table for me and also I was provided wrong information regarding the restaurant where the particular recipe is available. Wasted an hour of mine. However, the staff made up for it at the earliest possible time. Also not happy taking care of the additional requests on giving a king size bed and higher floor. In spite of availability, they couldn't provide it and later asked me if I would like to shift rooms.
Excellent staff Saffron experience was outstanding Rooms were extremely clean and well equipped Special requests for food as well as room were very well attended to and addressed Front staff - Saif was excellent Ajay - Chef at Saffron was really good Krishma - special relations was very knowledgeable and understanding
Excellent stay at JW Juhu as always. It is our preferred destination for staycations. The warmth of the staff is the key difference. Saif at the front desk & Lydia in guest relations truly excel at their jobs. I always marvel at the Lotus cafe staff who work so efficiently & seemingly tirelessly. Keep up the good work guys.
I spent just a night but one incident really made me feel pathetic. I checked in around 11pm, paid the whole amount in advance since I had to check out early morning. Few minutes After I checked into the room, an attendant came to lock the mini bar in the room. I felt really disgusting. As if I'm going to steal stuff. That too when it was a corporate booking and advance payment was made. Even if the mini bar had to be locked, it could have been done before I checked into the room. This one experience stood above everything thing else. You really know how to make a guest feel welcomed!
Starting from room accommodation, Lounge experience, Lotus Cafe - Food variety & taste, pool side - arrangements - everything is just beyond expectations & above all staff at front desk, lounge, pool side, house keeping - all are very courteous & helpful, my whole family always eager to visit this amazing property.
As food was excellent in taste service was good ambiance was excellent .music was good cleanliness was there Good variety desserts were excellent and the crew member named Bharat was superb he attended us and our guest in a great manner. Will suggest our friends too
Average hospitality not recognised for titanium member , no curtesy’s by front desk For any requirements waited long on queue for call Center , vert less time offered for club lounge, not found at par at j w Marriott policies Need to improve more on many things
