I booked this hotel for my business trip, I wasn't sure how would be their service, but I was amazed with their polite staffs and their excellent service. they were very responsive and rooms were clean, Everything was worth the money
The location of the hotel is good and very convenient. The room was quite specious and reasonably clean. The Window A/C of the room was old and very noisy. Electric Kettle was provided but, tea bags, sugar etc was not replenished during house keeping. The Shower worked but shower curtain was missing, resulting in splashing of water all over the bathroom. Bucket and mug was provided but water tap was not working. I think a little attention to these small issues can make the stay comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I hope the hotel management will take a note of this feedback in the right spirit. Date of stay: December 2021
We checked into the hotel on the 1st of December’21. Had booked a club room(a higher catogory room) but was checked into an executive room(the regular basic room). On asking for it was shown to another room. The lock wasn’t working in it. Each time we moved out and came back to our room…the lick would get stuck and we would have to call the hotel staff for help. To which they would say that we don’t know how to operate the lock!!!to be noted that even the hotel staff would struggle to open it each time. The staff at the reception was so so rude towards us in front of so many other guests. The rooms are unhygienic…even in covid times(omnicom strain times),there are no safety protocols that are being followed. Not even a basic sanitizer is being provided in the room! The staff is with their masks under their chins. The food being served in the dining is cold and unhygienic. Overall a very very disappointing experience and not worth a single star! I wish there was a negative rating as well!!!…
Rooms were not at all clean. It was dusty. Requested for non smoking room and instead got smoking one. Manager was rude. Found cockroach on bed. Bedsheets and linens were not changed even once. Stinky smell in rooms. A/C was not properly functioning.
We came for leisure trip in Mumbai and stayed in hotel Parle international.. Hospitality of Duty manager at reception Mr vijayan was kind enough and provided best hospitality and made sure our journey is comfortable.. Thanks for wonderful treatment and thank u for making sure its worth it.. Will surely come again here and would also recommend others to visit in this property
I was staying in the hotel for the quarantine for 7 days. I selected this hotel because it's near to my house. Category on Google is 4 star but service is like 2 star. Firstly bad smell in rooms & corridor. No refrigerator in the room. Room was smelling really bed when I entered. No hot water switch for the bathing. Toilet cammod very dirty. 2nd day when I took bath all water bloged in the bathtub. When I told the below reception area they are like it will go automatically but it didn't. I had to call twice then they send some technical team. They don't have room service that's fine. But when I am ordering from swiggy or zomato they are telling me come down & take it. Atleast hotel people can do that. When I keeping dustbin out to clean they are just taking trash and they were not changing the bean bag also. No cleaning rooms until 7 days of stay. Only good thing about this hotel is food. Not that good but then it's fine. 1st & 2nd day I got food on time otherwise 1/2 hour - 1hour late always. Please as per the rates you need to upgrade your services. Hotel stinks a lot.…
I stayed in this property for a night and the stay turned out to be a good experience. The location is close to the Mumbai domestic terminal and the ville parle railway station. The location has a lot of options for shopping. The complementary breakfast was good. The room was broad and the sleep quality was good.
Was a stopover in Mumbai and so chose this hotel. Had arrived in early hours of the morning. Went and had breakfast and decided to get some sleep. All of a sudden there was drilling and hammering. Was not told on arrival or when booking that they were going to carry out refurbishment. Didn't get any rest till night. How terrible !!! The next day the breakfast area was moved and no one to guide you. The AC was very old with half of the flaps damaged or missing. The bedsheets were roughly stitched over were the big tears had occurred. Cleaners have there own temperament. None of the staff from reception to cleaners ever smile. No one wishes good morning or bye. Do they think that we don't have other options??? They must be kidding themselves as Mumbai has many hotels and some budget hotels I found were much nicer in everything from staff behaviour, ambience to helpfulness. Would not recommend this hotel unless none of the above makes no difference. I have my pride and respect which no one has right to insult. …
The hotel is located really close to the airport and nearby a railway station.The rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet is quite average & there are a few eateries just a walk away. It's good for an overnight stop. The staff is well trained & courteous.
The hotel was under maintenance so the reception area and corridors were not well maintained. But the rooms were good and breakfast spread was limited but tasty and good quality. The hotel is near airport and connectivity is also good.
