the overall experience due to sevral issue was not good . Started from the check in they made us pay complete amount for the stay at the checkin moment. The rooms they showed us all had very small bathrooms ,somehow the third of the room they showed was somewhat good,even bathroom of this room had same issues the floor level of the bathroom was about 9" higher then the room floor. the food in the restaurant was overpriced. During breakfast hour they hardly managed to serve guests well ,i had to ask for every day for spoon,fork ,sambar bowl,tea cup etc

A truly wonderful experience, this hotel is top-notch. The rooms are lovely. The staff are amazing from the security team to the restaurant team, housekeeping team and reception staff who always say hello and have a kind word.
housekeeping staff in arnna hotel is very efficient and they will maintain your room very well and fulfill all your needs.The food here is incredible with so much choice.. for me when working room service works well with speedy food delivery times. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you will never be disappointed.

The worst experience I ever had. Located in very dirty area. Amenities very average. Room size very small. Food menu poor. Service poor. Staff poor. Front desk staff rude... Room size in pictures are differ... Small dirty washroom.1* property... Even the restaurant staff don't even greet properly., it doesn't matter if single person occupied whole size seat table area ...lol.... Poor poor poor.... Waist of money...

Worst experience. Staff was so unprofessional. No business ethics. Etiquette and discipline. Room was very Tiny. Not value for money. Not worthy for business traveler’s. Room booked for 3 days.literally not recommended for business or family travellers. Highly recommended:-Don’t book this hotel in advance payment.

Great food Very Nice and helpful staff specially Sanjit and Shariq. Room are very good and Shariq given me free upgradation of room. Wonderful & Pleasant Stay Friendly staff, Lovely room as per online, AC works very well The restaurant staff is very smily with guests as all the hospitality need like this Staff. Overall all the service are great, Will be visit again !

Excellent stayed at Arnna Hotel. The attentive and courteous front office staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.The food was delicious in nadara restaurant and the room was very clean i really appreciate the work of Ms Asmita ,Mr Gaurav,Mr.Swapnil and Ms. Shikha. All the staff were really welcoming and professional.

Stay was very great. Rooms were very neat and clean. Food was amazing and service was great. All the staffs were on their toes to serve their guests the best hospitality experience.
