Stayed in here for two weeks. The location of the hotel is very convenient for people who need to travel to BKC. The staff is courteous and well trained with rooms upkept on a daily basis. The breakfast provided also includes a good variety of items and the staff for the same is very courteous and would understand your needs. The hospitality of the staff is really commendable.

It was overall a pleasant stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is located in the prime location so commuting anywhere is very easy. Food is also delicious here and also they have an exceptional responsive housekeeping staffs Would anytime come and stay here for my next visit.

Overpriced hotel with tiny rooms and lousy food. Paid 13k a night for a room which is 12' x 6'. There is construction happening next to the property and jack hammers go on all day and at night also the traffic and construction sounds make sleep impossible. The restaurant on the first floor served Rogan Josh which was bland and watery. If you step out of the hotel and walk towards the right for 200 meters you will find a subway, McDonald's and a waffle place. Saw a sign of a bar and restaurant across the street. They provide a coffee tea maker, 2 bottles of water and toiletries.

Our travel agent generally puts us in good hotels. This was not a good experience. The rooms are extremely small for the price, they advertise a bar that won’t be open until April, the front desk has no knowledge of the area. The area is EXTREMELY loud due to construction and you are not near any restaurants, etc. The only positive was the servers in the restaurant and the housekeeping people, very kind hearted.

I was on a business trip to Mumbai on 12th September 2023, and took 1 day stay at lemon tree as it was nearby BKC. Usually I stay at 4/5 star properties and as per the pictures of property and its rating it seemed to be a 4 star property. The amount was in accordance with 4 star property around 9k per night at that point of time, so I decided to go ahead with booking it, and I booked it 1 week in advance, so it wasn't a last minute booking. For this amount and at a 5 star property, I was given room no. 702. The size of the room was less than 8x6 and the bed was a small single bed not even enough for a person 5 feet 7 inches tall. The experience was even worst than staying at some local dormitory, when I paid for a 4 star property!!! I specifically mentioned the room number, so that anyone can go and check and I am even posting the picture of the room, so that anyone can verify it. I would suggest rather take 3 star hotel rather than staying at this hotel!!

1) Construction work going next to hotel. Drilling machine noise is very high and makes you uncomfortable to stay in room from 10 am to 6.30 pm . Hotel did not intimate the guest (2) Hotel insists on charging service tax on booking with me. they told will verify with call center. after 8 days of payment , when i emailed them room confirmation was send (3) At Check out time they said extra taxes has been taken by hotel , hence for refund they told me use hotel other services to adjust. (4) check out billing took 35 minutes (5) No king size bed in hotel , Queen Beds are very small (6) Breakfast is decent , variety is less (7) Reservation email of lemon tree does not reply to emails .

How can they charge Rs. 15000/- per night for such a pathetic room they have. Its basically a tiny room with very small bed. and they expect 2 people to sleep on the bed. Any ways my reviews is as follows :
* Very Small Room * Very Small Bed size (only one person can sleep properly) * Very expensive for the kind of room they have * No proper chair to sit (Very small size chair) * No place to keep your luggage (You have to put it on the floor) * No soundproof rooms as you will hear road side voices in the room * They dont provide extra bed as they dont have any palace in the room * They promote Buffett dinner or lunch while making booking but they provide limited items on the table.
Overall its like a low grade hotel but charging very high.

The staff is outstanding. I would particularly congratulate the Restaurant Guys who were very courteous & prompt. The food served was excellent. However although staff over all is very nice, but the rooms available are not for families. Those people who usually have experience of 4* & above should avoid it as rooms are very small.
