I am also a hotelier and must say it's one the best budget hotel till date, with good ambience, nearby all prime locations of Mumbai, cleanliness and hygienic property, staff are always smiling, prompt response, special ntion for Nitish and kunal who were very Supportive during the entire stay

Nitesh Srivastava was very helpful during my 4 days stay at Bloom hotel. Helped with prompt service and was understanding when I had asked for some extra day stay at the Hotel. He also helped with getting my Tshirt delivered that i had forgotten.

Note is centrally located Excellent service and efficient staff. I was personally interacting with Nitish and he was very helpful. Hotel is really clean and neat and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

I am very new to the city' Mumbai', but I am really really thankful to NITISH SHRIVASTAVA, he is such a humble and nice person that he helped us in every possible way. He guided us for every query we had and with solutions. So the stay was really good at bloom hotel just because of him(NITISH). P.S- The room service is very fast, rooms are very clean, the breakfast is quite decent and every staff is very good and helpful. Over all it was a great stay.
