Amazing hospitality by head chef Taj at the Indian restuarant (Sahib room). He made sure we had the food to our liking, which makes us want to go back again and again. And without a doubt, really delicious food. Credit goes to the chef for preserving the authenticity of food here
What does one think, when you think of staycation? For me the 3 important checklist items were 1) Value for money 2) Good customer experience at the place you stay. 3) Location Different individuals will have different items to tick off for the list. Mine were these & St Regis fit the bill for all of them Will keep it short as we all do have a short attention span now adays (Reels have spolit us :)) The check-in was absolutely smooth, there will be butlers/staff there near the reception to assist you even if there is rush. For us Khushi & Shawn were absolutely wonderful .They were a part of Devina's team. Guess the leader set the right example for the team always. As these both assisted me all the time .They made sure me and my family were given all that was required & possible by them. The buffet breakfast spread was absolutely lavish, especially the bakery items.Loved them! On enquiry I found out who takes care of this part. This is where I was told about Mr Prasad.Prasad & team have done a wonderful job . The F&B team there were very courteous & planned everything carefully ,even for a large crowd.Absoutely love their cocktail hours as well. The Seven Kitchens & By the mekong were good restaurants. If you are ready to splurge a little bit more..make this a part of your package or book a room which has this,it's worth it. As for the room , prefer to book a room with the race course view. A bit higher in cost versus the base room, but absolutely delightful view from the room of the sea & the city .From location perspective the Palladium mall is connected to the hotel, so it's absolutely super to just go there directly internally & not worry about the rain in these monsoons. There are some good eat out places in Phoenix palladium as well if you want to try something outside the hotel.I don't want to review them now as those reviews of eat out places on their sites not here ;) . The check out was smooth as well.So all in all a good experience. …
I stayed with my family for two days at St regis Mumbai, the experience from check in and check out was outstanding. The Staff go way and beyond their duty to help and assist you. Special shout-out to Ms.Neha Painuly For making us feel at home and making sure all our needs were taken care off. One of us fell sick the next day and Mr.Amog from the butler service arranged immediately for a in-house doctor to come visit us and also arranged for the medication to be sent to the room. From my various travel around the world, St regis Mumbai hospitality and service will always make me want to go back to them whenever I am in Mumbai. If your a pure vegetarian …then this hotel is must stay for you because it’s one of my first time seeing a separate only vegetarian breakfast buffet for guests. Trust me it’s connectivity and luxurious amenities will make sure your stay will be super enjoyable.…
I recently stayed at St Regis Mumbai for my first business trip in India, felt really welcome by the employees. They will go beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible - special shoutout to the chefs during breakfast, front office team and Khushi too!
Horrible. Started with no show and no record at airport for pick up. On hold forever, some tentative come back on to arrange car and then the car arrange would take time. Stay at The Four Seasons in the same area.
St Regis Mumbai is meant to be the top Marriott property in the city. I'm not sure it's living up to that billing. We had a suite for 2 nights- beautiful room with stunning views across the Arabian Sea. Breakfast is at St Regis standard, and the property F&B is top notch. The butler service is extremely hit and miss and mostly miss. The person taking care of you changes on an almost daily basis, responsiveness is a problem, as is communication. Things take a long time if they are done at all. Everyone is very polite and friendly but clearly there is some organization lacking. Would I stay again? I'd take the JW Marriott Juhu over the St Regis any day. It's far more of a resort, has a stunning location, and frankly - more impressive service from check-in to check-out.
You must come with friends or family. Namrata Bhalla, BongSha, and Viboli were excellent and took good care of me in the Drawing room. Prachi, who took my order for breakfast. One of the best five stars in Mumbai. Smooth check -in and check -out. Staff was too friendly to click pictures for me.
My experience was super amazing. The hotel staff was very warm right from the check in to check out. Special mention to Mr. Moa Lemtur for doing a special celebration package for setting up the balloons and cake for my girlfriend. They also had booked us a complimentary high tea. Would love to visit some time soon.
Had an awesome experience on our stay over the weekend. Starting from the reception while checking in Ms. Prajakta took extra care and ensured we got a champagne And cake for the birthday of my wife. Then om settling in the room we were welcomed by the butler Mr. Pratham and his colleagues who brought in the cake champagne and also a guitarist and the 3 of them sang and made us feel so special. A memorable stay. Not last but no the least the chef at 7 kitchens Mr. Abhijit went out of the way to serve us and made sure we got all the awesome food and desserts at our table. A sure must visit and totally a great place and staff. 3 cheers to the staff. Will surely go there more often
I stayed at St. Regis during a business trip to Mumbai and was immediately met a level of service I have rarely experienced. I would like to especially emphasize the great work done by the butler assigned to me: Khushi Jain. We kept in close contact during my stay and she was always available to answer questions and to help make my time in Mumbai much more comfortable and conveneinent. Even if nothing else hadn't been great, I would come back and stay at this hotel simply because of her! The room was lovely, and the breakfast quality and service was excellent. The same chef came to my table each morning and helped me choose new and exciting local and regional breakfast dishes each day to meet my adventurous apetite.
