This is not just a review, is a letter of appreciation for an exceptional stay at The St. Regis Mumbai. Thanks to two superstars from the Concierge team, Nilesh and Sohan.
Let me start of with an overview of the hotel. The St. Regis Mumbai is located in a very convenient location connected to a very big shopping mall complex with a variety of restaurants (For those who are first timer in India, you will not have to worry about that as you will certainly find a restaurant of your choice, with very decent level of cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious rooms. Don't forget the signature St. Regis Butler Service, especially the pressing service which is ideal for business travellers.
So this wow story began with the connection I had with Nilesh on the day of my arrival, which I had a very short period of time to explore the city. Nilesh was very passionate to talk about his city, Mumbai, and was very knowledgeable. He gave very good recommendation and even advised the nice spot for photo taking at Dhoby Ghaut I would not have known otherwise! Truly thankful.
The incident happened in which I urgently rushed to the Mumbai airport and left something extremely important behind. I only realized that after my arrival in Delhi. While I was frustrated and knew it would not be practical to be sent via courier as I needed that urgently and could not afford it to lose it by mistake. While I was frustrated, Sohan added me WhatsApp for easier communication. Nilesh and Sohan then had a discussion and shortly after, they assured that it will be sorted out. At the end, they really played magic and I was able to get it a few days after to my hand.
I was told the secret of this magic was that they had a concierge conference with many concierge representatives attending, and he passed this onto one of the concierge rep from Delhi and was later passed to Le meridien New Delhi, where I was staying. It was a relief and I was really touched by the extra miles Nilesh and Sohan made. Truly 5 star and lived up to the impeccable butler service concept. Well done and again, I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for all that you have done. It has left me a very fond memory of the hotel.
I wish Nilesh and Sohan every sucess in their career (which I had no doubt, they will be extremely successful). Thank you The St. Regis Mumbai for having these wonderful staff that really make a difference, that makes every touch exquisite.

Everything was perfect - we really appreciated the early check in and breakfast when we arrived after a long night flight. Nikhil kindly escorted us to breakfast to ensure we got some food before it closed. Sunil in 7 Kitchens always remembered my daughters favourite snack and brought it to us before we even had to ask for it. Abhilash and Tanesh and Adnam always knew just how we liked our morning coffee. And Aditya kindly brought me a Miranda even though it wasn't on the menu. We loved the effort to go plastic free in the room with linen laundry bags and metal stirrers. Thank you for making us pani puri even though it wasn't on the menu - and for pricing everything off menu so fairly for us. Thank you to Abhijeet for introducing me to the special dhosa. And to all the staff who helped husband with toddy drinks!) one area of improvement could be the pool staff who are slow to clear beds when guests have finished. Old towels are left lying on the bed for ages. However they brought my daughter a plate of biscuits when she fell over beside the pool. Pool was a good size for swimming lengths and never crowded - open till 10 so we had great night swims watching the skyline and fireworks. The music by the pool was calm and well chosen; not too loud. We loved the teddies and chocolates for the children and really enjoyed the diwali celebration on Astor Terrace. And finally I loved the hydrangea and Lily displays around the hotel.

Our stay at the Mumbai St. Regis was exceptional. This hotel is connected to a high-end shopping mall, not exactly local culture but a great place to grab a coffee break or ppl watch.
Upon arrival, after security screening which everyone must go through, we proceeded to the 9th floor, where the spacious lobby, conference room, terrace, and check-in area are located. A grand staircase and elevator connects to a floor with several restaurants and the breakfast area. Breakfast consisted of different stations ranging from all different areas of the world, it was a delight.
The 10th floor features a beautiful spa with gender separated saunas and a Jacuzzi, a 24/7 impressive gym, and an outdoor pool with skyline views and excellent pool service, however we found it to be aggressively costly.
Our room on the 22nd floor offered magnificent views and all the amenities expected of the St. Regis brand and more. While the room was spacious and well-appointed, it's worth noting that the bathroom layout is open, with sliding doors and sliding windows that can be closed for some privacy but still doesn't provide a complete private washroom experience.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. A special thanks to Shweta Tondse, she took care of lots of small details including a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

This is one of the best marriott properties i have stayed at. Love the hotel. Special mention to a few people who left an impression on me and my family during the stay - Prateek ( rooms) - very helpful, courtesy and welcoming. Happy friendly face whenever you see him around Hrithik ( Guest services) - showed us the property and made my parents feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the stay Sayan ( f&b) - very friendly and amazing person to interact with. Even with such busy operations during breakfast, he took time out to meet and greet as many guests as he could. Vikas ( HK) - genuine person who cared about comfort of guests and made sure his guests were having a comfortable stay. We dined at the special restaurant- by the mekong - great food, amazing service, the person attending our table was super attentive and on his toe. Breakfast spread was great. I always have the best experience at St. Regis, from the moment you drive in, your are welcomed with smiling faces, super friendly and helpful staff, and everyone makes you feel so at home. Nikhil was super, he went above and beyond for my Fiancé and I and gives us a warm welcome every time we are there. He surprised us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers with cake and fairy lights to congratulate us on our engagement, I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel. He always makes sure we are comfortable and at home and he really made our experience so unique and special and takes care of every single detail. Nikhil is truly a star as well as the rest of the St. Regis team. I had many packages delivered and everything was so seamless and with the help of the bell desk they delivered everything directly to the room. The food is to die for, the breakfast buffet spread is next level and the huge variety of restaurants in the hotel leave you wanting more. The chefs at the top restaurants come to welcome you and check if the food is okay and suggest dishes, and the food is truly phenomenal. Me and my family ate at Sahib room 3 times in one week. Not only is the food out of this world at Regis, they have created an upscale setting that is classy yet is still a homely atmosphere. Just when you think this hotel is impressive, there’s more, a whole shopping mall is conveniently available right next door, everything you possibly need is in one place. The gym and spa are so clean and huge!! It’s better than most gyms I’ve seen. The rooms are so elegant, comfortable, clean and homely, I cannot stay anywhere else when I am in Bombay. The bar is set way too high.

The experience starts the moment you walk into this hotel. The friendly namaste from the bellhop to the seamless check in to the personal butler showing you around your room.
The room is super dooper advanced with technology so no fumbling around in the dark when you come in at night - the room sense your presence and the lights automatically switch on.
The breakfast buffet is also phenomenal and most days this sustained us all the way through to dinner.
A complimentary late check out is available (2pm) along with tagged luggage storage.
Special shoutout to Monish, our Butler, for going above and beyond with our smallest request and always with a smile on his face.

I am senior Neurologist who stayed at Room No 1215 on the night of June 14th 2024. It was the most horrendous experience. There was renovation work going on at the 13th Floor just above my room and I did not get a wink of sleep. This was the worst Star Hotel experience I have has in my entire career of staying at Star Hotels in India. I requested the reception lady when we checked in at 12.30pm on 14th to kindly allot a room away from birthday halls / Swimming pool where the noise level is high and may go on till late night, despite the request she allotted this lousy room for me. Further, the surrounding area and approach road is so FILTHY and filled with garbage and trucks and the stench. I would definitely not choose St Regis and never ever recommend this hotel to any of my family members, colleagues or friends. Bad experience

My wife and I spent a week in the St. Regis hotel in Warley, Mumbai. This was to celebrate our 75th birthday in October, on our way to Delhi to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.
The St. Regis surpassed all our expectations. It is a beautiful hotel. The ambience is excellent. The service is beyond What you could expect.
The butler service is impeccable. Our butler was Prerna Kaushik. She said Butler service includes completely unpacking our bags, when we arrive and have our stuff put in the closets, repacking them at the time of departure, having our shoes, polished, laundry, done, Ironed, 24 Hour, service, etc.
Ms Heena Verma is in charge off the guest services. She is extremely efficient and very helpful. Please make sure you get to see her while you are in the St. Regis. You will be very pleased.
