I spent 10 nights in that hotel. First of all, they had a young man as a receptionist who was not smiling nor saying hi or what so ever, he was frowning all the time like he was mad at us ! we felt not welcomed, but they had an old guy (probably mid 40) who was very polite. the elevator is so small it can barely fit 2 persons without luggage and was very weird to use. Breakfast was all Indian we couldn't eat because of spiciness, The pictures shown does not match the reality. I reserved a view facing room and it was hilarious, the balcony was covered in PRC and it was not designed to sit in, plus it was filthy and we found a pigeons nest ! There was water dripping sound in the room whenever someone uses the washing sink or shower ! TV was BAD, WiFi coverage barely reached one unit on my phone. On the good side, location is great, even though it was not facing the main road, Hygiene level was good. I kept some money beside the TV and in drawers and when we came back we found all of them so we felt safe and we trusted them. Bottom line, hotels in Mumbai are more expensive than others, for this kind of hotels I would not pay more that 30$ per night (2 persons room), but instead, they charged us with approximately 92$ per night.

I stayed at Jyoti Dwelling for 3 days with my partner and we felt very welcomed thanks to Mr. Vikas Sachdeva (Director). We chose this Hotel because it was very close to the airport, barely 7 minutes by car. The Hotel was very clean, all staff was very polite and following Covid procedures, I'm from Europe and I was really impressed about the international level they have in this hotel. Food was amazing and everything was sent to the room and nicely packed due to Corona. This Hotel has 4.8 rating and indeed it deserves it. I would recommend anyone who comes to Mumbai to stay at Jyoti Dwelling as my experience was truly wonderful. Thank you once more

I was looking for a place to stay in Mumbai before I catch an early morning flight. My criteria was value for money, economical and near to T2 terminal. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting Hotel Jyoti Dwelling. This hotel ticked every criteria on my list. Located just 10-15 mins from T2, this hotel offers great connectivity to the rest of the city. The hotel is clean,hygienic and has the courteous staff. They have an in house restaurant and gym. Room was spacious, well maintained with all modern amenities. Bathroom was also clean and hygienic. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall my 12 hrs stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely consider this hotel for my future visits in Mumbai.

Staff at the reception need to learn some etiquette. I'm sharing his experience after two visits at a difference of atleast a month..so I'm sure it is a consistent behaviour . Infact it wasn't just me I noticed that kind of attitude with other guests as well . Most of them don't seem to know much information and the buck is passed on to a person who isn't mostly available. Assurances are provided that hey would gt back but that never happens. There are many good hotels around .. this place is better avoided

Very good place to stay, rooms are spacious, overall services are also good. Had booked for 3 nights, every day they made room like first day. Breakfast spread was great on Sunday (12-Jan) but other two days were just ok. Housekeeping staffs are excellent. However few staffs in restaurant and reception are not frank enough and helpful. It would be great if they change oldest lift and oldest AC in room (temperature control was not working properly)
Overall it is very nice place to stay and few above mentioned cons can be ignored.

We had a fabulous stay the staff are very friendly and so respectful and so happy to help you. The room was Clean comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of foods. We can highly recommend this hotel.👌

It wouldn' hve been possible without their absolute support given all the times required. Stayed here last month on an official trip... Not a hotel of my choice but shall get you thru... Room size may vary though in the same category as it seems that this hotel has been carved out from a residential building...
Must appreciate the front desk staff who was very prompt and responsive...

Only stayed one night for early morning access to airport. Comfortable enough and reasonable price. Breakfast good enough. Service was friendly and helpful. Probably a place for business people to stay rather than holiday makers, as too far from City for comfortable and easy commute. The lift has a very annoying tune which plays every time the door was opened which seemed to happen at all hours of the night and early morning.

Located a few km from airport. Highly recommended for business travelers. The staffs are really helpful & decent. They offer complimentary breakfast & dinner; though not much of varieties (cuisine) but no doubt standard. Rooms are well maintained & have almost all standard as well as basic eminities i.e tea maker, mini bar,tea table, LCD tv 32" with local cable & standard toiletries. No doubt a good & affordable hotel.
