Stayed here for a night , was around for a business meeting. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and courteous as well. Hygiene is also well taken care of. Would definitely like to visit here again !

Well I had made prior reservation at this hotel through Goibibo app almost a week prior and I was supposed to check-in on a Saturday at 3 pm. Firstly, the hotel is surrounded by garbage on all the sides. The locality is bar, there are slums around the hotel, the lift smells puke and the reception guys are non-responsive. As soon as I reached the hotel to check-in at 3 pm I got the shock of my life as the reception guy at the hotel said there were no rooms available. I told him that I had done a booking through goibibo's app a week prior to checking in still he said all the rooms are booked and he can't allot is a room, after arguing with him and Goibibo customer care for almost an hour they agreed on giving me the refund. This was the most pathetic service by Goibibo ever since I had to travel 30 kms from my house to this hotel and I was denied check-in. IT IS A REQUEST TO WHOSOEVER IS BOOKING A ROOM HERE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE WORST OF THE LOCATIONS AND THEY DONT CARE A DAMN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR BETTER OPTIONS.…

I had traveled to this hotel a few days back. I had booked this hotel on an urgent basis without checking its rating and reviews this was a new hotel that much I newed. When I reached the location of the hotel it was not that good. And I started getting wired thoughts in my mind. A it was late and I did not have any option late at night. When I reached the hotel I was actually shocked to see the hospitality and the atmospheres of the hotel. at the first impression only they make me made feel like a homie person. offered me a welcome drink. As it was too late so they asked me my reservation name and asked to check-in a smooth and fast way. Then they help me with my luggage and lead me to my room. When I entered the room it was a sweet perfect arranged room with all the basic amenities and all. Everything was good at the hotel staff is also very supportive and caring especially Mr. Siddquie.
