We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2021 ,for a corporate event at Mumbai. Going by the reviews on TripAdvisor I was looking forward to it. They allotted us rooms on the 2nd floor . Pros 1. Excellent apartments in terms of cleanliness,space . Decent furniture and bathroom fittings. 2. Good location. 3. Safety lockers are provided in the room. 4.Outside food allowed. Cons 1. Not suitable for corporate travellers as they start serving breakfast only after 8 am. First day we requested them for it as had to leave at 7 30 am. So after many calls they arranged the breakfast for us at 7 15 am. Second day we did not inform ,so they did not arrange ,we had to do without the breakfast which was part of our package booked from a travel site. 2. Even though they mention parking is available ,it's very limited and around the building .If one car has to go out ,others have to be shifted around. One has to leave the keys at reception.Since we had valuable stuff in car we could not do so . This led to a ruckus at night when our driver went out to eat and at that very moment one of the guests had to leave urgently. 3. Service is horrible ! I would give 0 / 5 for Service . Wake up guys ,service does matter ,a great place in itself is not enough!! Right from asking for towels to water bottles to plates and cutlery... we had to call the reception many times. It's the first exception I have seen in Mumbai ,the city generally known for prompt service . Towels were not there when we checked in ,hardly any plates despite the long list of amenities pasted in the kitchen (refer photos). First day we tired so we decided to order from their kitchen . We asked for many dishes like Thai curry, spring rolls ,prawns ...none of which were available. They did not even have penne pasta ...chef tried to convince us to have macroni instead !! When we refused ...finally they did arrange for the penne .food was good but took 1.5 hours from order .So next day we ordered from outside. 4. The cupboards are not full length , minor issue but we could not hang out our formal wear as it's half cupboard only. It was manageable though,we kept them on the chairs . In a nutshell, it's a good place for party lovers and groups looking for a place after a late night of sightseeing or partying or weddings . Definitely not recommended for corporate travellers or those who like to start early or those looking for good service .…

Mumbai House luxury apartment is the best place and all the staff were too properly groomed and the speciality of this hotel is the food service is the best I like the food it's too delicious and shamsher is the best person for service and he is very helpful person I have never seen anywhere at the hotel the person samsher. I just say thank u mumbai House to accommodate the best service food and accommodation the housekeeping staff were also groomed and work with their dedication and the front desk boy Raman is the best person while taking with him the way he is approaching and giving me the best service.

Great place, great people, great food and we had a great time. The rooms were tidy and well maintained despite most places not maintaining themselves during covid, the food was excellent and the service in general was rather remarkable.

Stayed at this Luxurious and Spacious apartment for 1 night. Staff is supportive and friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and all the amenities are available. The view from the flat was very nice. Definitely gonna stay here again.

I came for my bussiness trip and found this apartment hotel so i booked and stayed it was wonderful experience with the staff and the manager if the hotel they take care each of the guest very much as we are our second home I really loved to stay here and when ever i visit i will stay with them Thank you mumbai house for giving me a nice stay
