I stayed in a Mumbai House Luxury apartments. The apartment was beautifully done with a modern bathroom, nice windows with nets (so you can keep them open for fresh air) & a well equipped modern kitchen. The House Keeping & Reception staff was friendly and it was a safe & nice neighborhood to live in. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an accommodation in Mumbai. Great for both short & long term stay!

The place when we arrived was absolutely clean. The staff and the management especially Ramesh was very helpful at every step from arranging food to the cleanliness, to being prompt at any kind of enquiries that we had. The apartments are very spacious and the hotel was very peaceful and quiet so we wouldn't get disturbed. The food at the restaurant is also very good, so we ended up ordering in from there itself and never had to order from outside. There is enough parking inside and finding the spot was never a problem. The area has a huge market place near by to shop, the hotel is situated centrally in the city so goin to places like bandra or Juhu or even south Mumbai hardly took any time. All in all a great place 🙂🙂🙂

Behaviour of the staff specifically Akashay and other cleaning boys is very Nice and Cooperative. Room and Kitchen is very clean and nice. Location is very good. All over this is nice place to stay near by to Railway station and bus station. Good Experience

We were visiting India as I had to undergo a surgery in Mumbai and had to stay back for almost a month for recovery. Mumbai House made this challenging time for us easy and somewhat pleasurable. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Beds well made, washrooms squeaky clean, kitchen washed and wiped to perfection. Each and every need of ours was promptly met with a smiling face and enthusiasm. Staff was super nice and polite. Horender, the sweet housekeeping boy from Tripura was extremely courteous and efficient. Munna Kumar the other staff member who well maintained our apartment was always ready to help with enthusiasm and a very happy face. The two lovely ladies at the reception desk were very professional and efficient and always made sure to check on me and inquire about my health and recovery. We will miss staying here. For long term stays, no better place than this. They can however work on their breakfast spread as this is not a cheap place and at this price point, they are comparable to many “starred” hotels in Mumbai. There definitely is room for improvement in that segment of hospitality and Mumbai House should provide better than toast and one cereal, egg and one Indian choice. Apart from that, all was fantastic and we would love to stay there again in future. Thanks to everyone who cared for us.

The hotel offers excellent service, with staff Nisha & Wasim being helpful and courteous. The hotel is located near the airport and has a great location, with the city being easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, airy, and clean, with amenities like microwave and cutlery items. The hotel offers good hospitality, with the reception staff Wasim Shaikh being friendly and welcoming.

The place is simply amazing! Big apartments, perfect for groups of friends or families. The staff is especially polite and caring. Diksha took great care of us and also helped us reach the hotel seamlessly. We've been staying here during Lollapalooza 2024 and 2025, and let's just say that the experience is so great and homely, that me and my friends will stay here coming years as well.

It was a great experience for me and my colleague. Their services are quick and up-to-mark. I didn't feel that I was staying at a hotel rather it gives a very homely feeling and they have kept everything which a house should have. The view outside the window is also amazing. They have maintained the place well and the housekeeping boy is very efficient in his work and special thanks to Mr Jaisingh who made our stay comfortable.

I checked in with my family and left within 15 minutes. The apartment was filthy - definitely not cleaned up. Kitchen utensils are rusty, showers are dirty and in need of serious upgrade. Water issue at the time when we checked in. See the photos for the different hazards.

Amazing service by the hotel staff. Immediate turnaround.
The receptionists Diksha, Javed were super helpful with everything.
The only feedback would be that the room condition were not exactly like the pictures. The walls, etc were old.
