We were a group of 4 people chilling and enjoying at MSH. A great place to relax really. We enjoyed till holi ended on 29th March 2021 till a point which ruined everything! There were two couples with 2 kids at the place who were chilling and enjoying with another group of 8 people since 28th March, they were after them since they met on 28th and all were celebrating holi the next day, playing with their kids in pool, putting colours on each other's face & dancing together. At around 4 pm when one of group2 (8 people group) girls went to take a shower in women's washroom, her husband may be or may be not went to give her clothes as everyone was high. He came out and entered men's shower later, may be in 15 seconds we suppose. After sometime when i was chilling at the pool with one of the group 8's guys, one of the group1 couple's hubby created a ruckus near reception area claiming that the group2. couple were having shower when his wife was inside the female washroom. He literally shouted like an animal for continuous 2 hours, with an attempt to harass the female of group 2, hitting group 2's hubby and other friends & nonstop uttering of bad abuses continuously. I was viewing this from buddha cafe and saw that group 2 was silent, patient and were trying to explain that they never showered together, y wud they, they have a tent! But this group 1 husband called out names to the group 2 couple and went on and on for 2-3 hours, he wen t running several times to hit them hard, the other husband in group1 was trying to control but he also had lost it and went hitting them. The staff at MSH tried their best to protect and thank god group 2 had 8 people including the couple who were being harassed. I tried ti intervene but group 1 hubby was so high and on a bad trip that he was behaving like a sheer animal. We didn't like it towards this ending and saw that group1 was not ready to leave the premises and it was 2 hours already listening to their abuses. Group 2 couple were so sweet, they were sitting without uttering a word with their friends, saying sorry without any mistake more than 1000 times, but this group 1 husband was literally slapping his own wife, and was accusing group 2 hubby of spying on his wife while showering in women's washroom. Trust me I myself saw that group2 hubby coming out from men's washroom and group1 was so drunk that they were unkind, barbaric & deserved to be put in jail. I just thought to vent it out here. That group1 with 2 couple and 2 kids should be banned from MSH, group 2 people were so sweet, they had 3 couples and 2 men in their group and waited past 8pm at the premises i guess, but group1 should have apologised. I wish i could have stopped it. Here are some stuff i heard from thr hurt, drunk, animal-like, crazy group 1 hubby: "you fu***** who**, you fu***** bhad***, you two were having s** in women's loo when my wife was bathing there, you *****, tereko bata hu main ruk, mar dalunga, aisee ghatiya ladki hai yeh..." etc etc. Guys, beware if you ever see such a couple with 2 kids whenever you go to MSH, their staff is amazing, i know the names of group1 people, i will soon reveal them and lodge a complaint against them for harassing a group of 8 people, who could have easily hit them but they were decent people. Thanks! We had a good time, except for the ending.

The team is highly unprofessional. There is no sync and theres a huge communication gap between the partner & the employees. On 18th Jan they took my booking & confirmed 5 Glamping Tents.Today suddenly out of the blue one of the employee calls & informs that by mistake they have taken a booking for one Glamping tent & so they are sorry about that & are offering me 4 Glamping Tents& 1 Forets tent at the same rate. Suddenly again after 30 mins some guy calls & say there was some technical glitch at their end & so now they cant offer the Forest Tent as well and only 4 Glamping Tents are available.I fail to understand what kind of professionalism is this? On asking why such a blunder is happening, the employee starts to pass the buck on some other employee & appologise. Would request everyone to make a note of this before booking the same.

The place is definitely amazing....! We went as a family there and everybody enjoyed...the glamping tents are cozy, spacious and comfortable...food is also nice...we enjoyed kayaking, karaoke and the movie night...we played lots of games and there are books and colouring/drawing stuff for kids also...It was fun chilling away on hammocks and swings...the place lights up in the evenings and it creates a lovely ambience...They had made special arrangements for us to celebrate our anniversary which was great...Special Thanks to the manager Mr .Sabir for making our stay memorable. It is indeed a great place to spend quality time with friends and family....must visit place!

The place is not equipped to handle a big group. Especially the washrooms, when you know that the property is fully booked, there had to be more staff also. The washrooms are bound to get dirty when there are so many people using it. It needed to be cleaned in intervals which was not done. There was no water supply in the morning hours. Barring the evening snacks the food was tasteless. Barbecue just 2 pieces for each person. Ridiculous!!! I have been to many camps, but none of it was as disappointing.

I have been to many camping sites in the past but this one seemed very bare. We were 28 of us in a group . Their food had no choice... barbecue was one piece in a small plate with fryums, the dinner was awful in taste and hygiene, the beds given in tents were very small size for two people and no bed sheets or pullovers given . At least could have been mentioned on website as it’s very cold . the toilets seat covers were all broken ... the toilets didn’t have water to freshen up in the morning ... that’s a necessity. 100 people were staying . Checkin Time was 4.00 pm which means only dinner and breakfast was inclusive . That too was so bad and unhygienic. They had same helper cleaning and same ones cooking . Absolutely dirty . But because we had no water to go to bathroom no one ate and we rushed back home . I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .
