Detailed Reviews
We had organized a workshop for some of the senior leaders of my company at Westin. The training venue was meticulously organized and great service provided by the staff. The banquet manager checked repeatedly on whether we needed anything else and ensured that any last minute requests were attended to. Thoughtful touches like a basket of fresh fruits in the room for healthy snacking was much appreciated. My thanks to the Westin team!

This was my 2nd visit to Westin after my great experience in Kolkata. We checked in for one night in this beautiful property with my family to celebrate my younger daughter’s 2nd birthday.
Checkin was all smooth & we were offered to upgrade our stay to suite & access to executive lounge with some additional cost but it was very much value for me.
At reception I was hosted by Ms Dibhuti Kundu who helped me to ensure my stay was comfortable, I would rate her 9/10 in overall experience.
Executive Lounge was great apart from initial AC temperature issue but was sorted with no time.
Westin’s lounge offers some of the class wishky & cocktails, the snacks served was one of the best.
4 course dinner was very good & was served in the room , however we felt that quantity was not good enough as compare to my experience with other similar properties.
Hygiene & Covid19 protocols were strictly followed & I rate 10 out of 10.
Room interiors & view were awesome & I would recommend people to at least spend 2 night if you want to experience more Luxuary.
Breakfast was very well organised & lavish.
Overall experience was 9 out of 10.

I have been staying here at the Western for the past 1 month in a bubble for some official work
Our work starts late at night and it ends around midday I had just come from work and just crashed into the bed just after an hour the house keeping guy came to clean my room I asked him not to clean my room since I wanted to sleep without being disturbed, cut to the next day I came to my room and just wanted to go off to sleep but as I opened my room to my surprise the room was spic & span completely cleaned and sanitized the bed was made and my room looked fantastic, I spoke to the house keeping guy who had cleaned my room and he politely said that Sir mujhe pata hai aap yahan pe bahut din guzar ne wale hai yeh meri choti si koshish hai app ko ghar jaisa mahol dene ka ( I know that you will be staying here for some time, so least I can do is make you feel at home) I was humbled by his soft spoken and deep thinking about what a guest might be feeling.
A Bigggggg SHOUTOUT to AMIT THAKUR from House Keeping who tends to the 24th floor
Kudos Amit Thakur Hospitality Industry needs people who think like you.
Wish you the best in life from room 2411

Stayed here on Feb 02 for 2 nights. Being a Bonvoy Gold member, I requested for an room upgrade which was not given, although the higher category rooms were available when I checked on the app. But they did give me room on higher floor. But to my surprise the window glass was with soap, uncleaned after spraying the soap. This blocked our views, which has no use giving me a room on higher floor with blocking of outside view.
Then I requested for lounge access, but was denied blantly saying that Gold member lounge benefit has been discontinued. Well they should have at least given the access as a good gesture, since the lounge was almost empty when I visited. Westin Mumbai guys, please learn something from JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai how to treat Bonvoy Gold members. This is the first time since being Gold member that one property declined every request.
I would recommend Bonvoy Gold members to stay away from this property, as you won’t get the treatment that you would expect.
I would rate the customer service as poor and because of that I am giving one star for the review.

Awesome food, though its on a little expensive side but still worth it.The Executive club rooms are amazing. The view from the room is breathtaking from high rise floors during Mumbai Monsoons. The Ex rooms have huge bathroom area with bathtubs for relaxing soak in water.
The dinner buffet and breakfast spread has a variety of options. Must stay place.

So-so visit. Great pool. Bar not so great. Breakfast big but language barrier heavily influenced everything.
Room service didn’t even know what a Gin & Tonic was and just delivered an unopened bottle of Schweppes and a glassof supposedly Gin. No ice or lemon.
Not much staff who spoke English. Inconveniently located on a hill with only access from a private road. Near shopping mall but takes at least 20 minutes due to the remoteness and hill location.
Was eventually upgraded after a lot of hassle with the previous mentioned stuff and although a spacious junior suite with great view to three ways still not the best Westin Ive been too to say the least.
Cleaning not carried out other by on request and then still basically just the vacuuming of the floors.
Very loud and disturbing parties going on in the suite per above around 3 AM. Front desk didn’t care and security guards neither when normal people remarked and asked for them to put an end to it. Uber/taxi has a hard time finding the location and public transport is not accessible conveniently nearby. Very large cultural barriers as many of the staffers just laughed and replied in Maharati to many simple questions.
Nice view though from the higher junior suites but that’s basically it.
Would not recommend nor pay so much for being ridiculed and laughed at when Ive paid good money.
I also I suggest that You change from Marriott Bonvoy to Accor ALL and there’s much more better and more value for money properties available from them.

I stayed with my family at the executive suite on the 32nd which is the topmost floor of Westin-The garden city, Mumbai for a month. It was an excellent experience. World class services and very friendly and helpful staff.
The housekeeping staff knew their job well. They had the best mannerisms and always a greeting and smile to offer, specially I would like to mention the names of Ms. Aishwarya Sharma from the housekeeping department and Pramod, who serviced our room for the entire month.
We had all our meals at Seasons Taste, the restaurant on the 18th floor of Westin. We were really happy with the service and taste. Chef Bhushan, Chef Kishor and Chef Bhoumik have some magic in their culinary skills. The are the best in their own field of cooking.
Also I would like to mention Rashmi, who manages the Desert counter at the buffet. She is very helpful friendly and makes sure your deserts taste the best! She makes some really awesome pan cakes and waffles!
Mr. Pritish who takes care of Seasonal Taste is very helpful and polite. I must say, all of them know their respective jobs very well.
C.P. and Claris At the drinks and bar makes the best drinks. We enjoyed some really nice mocktails.
Singsing and Diana they surved us very well with always a smile on their face. We have also enjoyed the interaction with Gurmeet paji.
Everyone right from the personnel at the reception, the restaurant staff, the laundry staff and the housekeeping department, is very organised and helpful.
The best place to stay with your family and business trips.
Will highly recommend.

Hello,
I checked in at The Westin Mumbai Garden City on 27th June 2021 for 4 days 3 nights till 30th June 2021. The check in was approx 2 days ago. Apparently there was a ceiling light change which was done the day I entered or a day before. A big glass piece was kept in the centre of the bathroom. They did not even clean the bathroom to remove that piece. As soon as I checked in, it pierced on my right foot and I had a cut. Upon calling for complaints, the duty manager was not responding at first saying he is busy. After i raised my voice, the manager came to my room and apologised for the same. I was given a room change to a higher floor. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights from 27th June 2021-30th June 2021, my right foot still hurts and there’s no gesture from Marriott or from Westin to enhance my stay.
During my whole stay, out of 3, 2 telephone landlines are not working which is unacceptable. There’s no one to check up on my foot, to help me.
My whole 4 day trip became a disaster, I would like to share my right foot bleeding pic with the grievance officer, because this is simply not done. My 4 days money is wasted!
Not once during my stay the general manager of the hotel come to visit me to ask how I was after such a bad experience. They have not offered me a complimentary stay or extended complimentary stay as a kind gesture from their end. I am a member of Marriott group and a registered hotelier at the FHRAI India group and will never come to Marriott again.
I have attached soft copy of the cut on my foot for your reference.
I will take this issue to higher authorities if the matter is ignored and not compensated.
Regards,
Shetty

It was our first visit to this place. On arrival we expected valet parking however guests have to park vehicle on their own (due to covid). To our amazement there was no sign board advising this and the staff present too were not interested in guiding. We had to come out of our car and ask where do we park.
At a 5 star hotel you expect a warm welcome from the staff but that was clearly missing. By the time we were waiting for our room allocation at the reception no one was available to assist us with a bottle of water. One positive was we were provided room upgrade to a higher floor on request. Concierge was missing and we had to carry our luggage to the room. Our bags weren't sanitized on arrival.
Rooms have great views all around. Beds are comfy. Bathroom are clean, We faced air con problem on the day of check out and they failed to resolve it before our exit. So we had to spend around 2-3 hours in a very warm temperature without any fans.
Our breakfast was at Seasonal Tastes, but in contrast
to the name taste was missing. Service lagged big time. However special thanks to our table attendant Shubham who was very courteous and always ready to assist you with a smile. The "kaapi" was not close to the south coffee. The staff taking orders for egg dishes seemed confused who has ordered what. The chef serving omelette and dosa were missing orders too.
Good stay but not a 5 star stay.

Sorry, I have no idea. We aren’t spa people. They gave us a tour and it looked great. Hope you enjoy.
