The entrance is a turn-off but once in , it is comfortable for one/ two nights. House keeping is pretty good with clean bed linen and towels. Breakfast is moderate but what swings is the location and staff. A special thanks to Rodrigues and Jayashree and the team for the personalized care. We were part of a wedding contingent and...

Rooms were clean. House keeping was excellent. Daily change of Towels, replenishing the essentials, Mineral water etc. Good staff behaviour. However the Elevator is old modelled sliding door type. Buffet breakfast was modest, not much varieties but okay for the business traveller.

We were here for a night. It is close to Diamond Garden, on Sion-Trombay Road. All the buses going out of Mumbai stop here. So it is a convenient point if you have to take a bus out of Mumbai. Reasonable place, average room service.Housekeeping above average.

I stayed there for a week. I found services to be OK. Staff is polite and cooperative. Location is very good as all sorts of conveyance available near by. Although cleanliness of rooms require more attention.

the place was very small. room service wasn't great and neither was the restaurant downstairs. the restaurant wasn't clean. the good thing about the hotel is its location as it is on the main road which is easily accessible and the boarding points for most busses is just across the hotel

Room size, cleanliness, food quality and service, this hotel score Average on all fronts. Rooms and beds are small. Food quality, cleanliness and service are just ok. Tariff seems on higher side for such facilities. You can stay with a family.

Recently stayed at Hotel Broadway. Its located in Chembur, which isn't really the best place to stay. The rooms are fine. The entrance of the hotel might be a turn off though. The Wi-Fi is super slow. Overall, The hotel is 'value for money'.

Stayed at this hotel during my Visa stamping at US Consulate. The hotel is clean, my single room was cramped but clean. The hotel is located at about 10kms from the Consulate and in the morning hours you can reach the Consulate in 15-20mins by autorickshaw/taxi.The bed was comfortable, a/c worked fine and bathroom was clean. The hotel is on...

Hotel desperately needs a lift. The 2 flights of stairs after a tiring day out, was just too much! Glasses in the room were not that clean.

Staff are friendly in a I may cheat u kinda way, rooms are super tight but livable, don't trust the hotel taxi drivers as they charge extremely inflated rates. Go down the street and flag a taxi. The proximity to the market and train station really make this place livable for 2 nights or so. I would still go back.
