The suites are good rooms on 11 th floor for longer stay. Food is excellent! Wish they had alcohol but other than that easy stay. Special mention to Shruti ( FO) who made my stay comfortable by personally taking care of stuff n always had a smile n HK staff manager Amir. Farzan was very helpful too! Returning again in 2 weeks! Thank u guys!

Stayed in July, booked a studio for three friends. The hotel provided us with a quick check in and extra bed with additional charges. The room size is big and has separate living and resting areas. The cleaner was prompt and very dedicated to the work. He repeatedly enquired for any assistance and so did the bell boy. Facilities in the room includes kichen utensils, hob crockery and cutlery. Jaccuzi was too good. The place has a gym and a pool too but no restaurant so food is served in room. Only issue is that the approach road gets clogged in rain.

The place has everything for a romantic getaway in a commercial city. Jacuzzi, big swimming pool, neat and clean rooms and delightful staff. The approach isn't that good but hotel rooms make up for that. Property itself is over 5 years old now but we'll maintained. Dining options are limited but they are coming up with restaurant.

Top Hotel in the vicinity. No hassle check in. Rooms were neatly cleaned. Gym and Pool. Good for quick business stay as club size and amenities are well thought of with a writing area, kitchen and comfy bed. Washroom size is spacious. I will visit again but this time with entire family.

The apartments are very clean with daily housekeeping. I found the staff to be well behaved and accommodating. Breakfast is served in room. Additional bottles of water are charged. The receptionist and housekeeping team needs a shout for the way they handled our requests. Pool area is tidy and even has a kids plunge pool.

I was never returned my security deposit over a blood spot. I understand that the hotel has policies, however I had paid my security deposit in cash and the charges for ‘Damages to the Property’ was 2030 plus taxes. They just kept the 2k cash, didn’t give me a bill or anything or charged the additional taxes and commercials. So either they have unprofessionally kept the 2k or a ‘blood stain’ isn’t considered a property damage. Reason given by Mr Naushad: A spot of blood cannot be washed and we will have to throw out the duvet covers since I got girl problems while I was asleep 2am in the morning. The least I expected from 2 grown men was to either be considerate or professional about it.
