Very clean and spacious room. Cleaning person was very attentive to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much for him. All equipments were nice maintained and kept in order. Pool was closed. Kitchen facility is good. Fnb breakfast was good. I really had a comfortable stay.

Stayed in July, booked a studio for three friends. The hotel provided us with a quick check in and extra bed with additional charges. The room size is big and has separate living and resting areas. The cleaner was prompt and very dedicated to the work. He repeatedly enquired for any assistance and so did the bell boy. Facilities in the room includes kichen utensils, hob crockery and cutlery. Jaccuzi was too good. The place has a gym and a pool too but no restaurant so food is served in room. Only issue is that the approach road gets clogged in rain.

The Techome team should get a loud shout to make my stay a perfect one. The check in process, room cleanliness, feedback at check out made me really feel special. They are coming up with 02 restaurants. Special mention to Shruti at Reservation who handled my booking and Kirti at Housekeeping who ensured everyday that my room was well kept. These guys are the only reason i am posting this review.

This hotel is so unprofessional In fact the security guards are more friendly and helpful than the reception staff - who are quite miserable Breakfast is a chore to order. Takes 2 orders to get the correct order. No restaurant to eat in. We were told pool was closed for a day or 2 for maintenance- 9 days later it’s still closed and every time we ask for an update they say I will call you back in 10minutes and of course NEVER do. Without the pool area there’s nowhere to rest and relax when you need a day off from this crazy city. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertises it has a swimming pool. Kitchen in our room is poorly equipped. No bottle opener no can opener no cork screw no teaspoons no butter knives. Literally 2 tablespoons and 2 forks with 2 plates No tea towels. Rooms are a good size. Bathroom has huge jacuzzi bath and seperate shower. Bath is disgusting - all marked and looks dirty. Shower cubicle needs updating too again looks dirty and finished off to a poor standard. The shower head is full of calcium build up.

The apartments are very clean with daily housekeeping. I found the staff to be well behaved and accommodating. Breakfast is served in room. Additional bottles of water are charged. The receptionist and housekeeping team needs a shout for the way they handled our requests. Pool area is tidy and even has a kids plunge pool.

The hotel provides a fully functional kitchen within the room. So I decided to make some popcorn in a pan. I ate it sitting on the bed and didn't realize that the butter stains came on the bed sheet. Next day when checking out, followed their normal check out procedure, only to realize that the housekeeping staff came down to the reception to show that the bed sheet has butter stains and they are not going away with a normal wet towel.(literally did that in front of me to show it to me lol.) When I told them that those are hard to remove stains and the sheet needs to be dry- cleaned (normal procedure in any hotel I guess), the reception asked me to pay Rs.1300/- on the spot because of the damage done. Mind you, its only butter stains and no kind of damage/tear to the sheets whatsoever. They denied that it cannot be fixed in the laundry and I have to pay them on the spot. I was forced to pay them the money they asked for, but I told them I will wash the bedsheet and give it back to you since you cannot even afford the laundry, and asked them to agree on a refund of the money I paid if it gets cleaned. 6 days later, I paid them a visit again to return their priceless bed-sheet back to them. Now remember they asked me to pay on the spot before checking out of the hotel. So when I returned the sheet, they said that the refund will be processed in 7 days. That is where I lost my calm and demanded for instant money, the same way they asked me when I was leaving from there.

We would like highlight that while you check inn we have a form signed up in regards to any damages found in room while check out, which clearly states all the charges and policies mentioned on it. Our staff did try to remove stain but it had a large quantity of oil stain on it which was not removeable. In regards to taking the bed sheet along with you was your call on which we agreed to and was clearly mentioned in written from our end that if you are paying the charges by credit card or so will be refunded back to your account within 07 business working days as per usual hotel policies, On which you agreed too, but after 06 days when you returned with that bedsheet and asked for the immediate refund, and without listening to any one of us you started screaming and shouting in the hotel lobby and even started misbehaving with our staff and also using foul language to our team members. We truly value your patronage and do hope you will visit us in the near future.

I stayed at Ramee Techome for over 10 nights. The room caters to business class Traveller very well. Not only it has the full set for cutlery and crockery for 2 people neatly stacked, it has a huge fridge and washing machine for daily use. They provided me with cloth stand and detergent too. The cleanliness is good and the associate and supervisors are always inquiring about your comfort and checking if cleaning is up to standard. Over all the staff and services are prompt. Couldn't use pool as was closed for maintenance. Place and staff truly deserves 5 star.

Everything from check in to room service was smooth. I stayed with ANM group for a good week. The cleaning was impeccable and housekeeping was alert and always left a note for feedback. The Receptionist was helpful and informative. The room size is good enough for two individuals to stay during the course of official stay. All in all a good residential hotel with all needed amenities.

Great hotel with excellent facilities. Good level of security professional helpful reception staff. The breakfast buffet is good and the restaurant serves delicious Indian dishes. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable pocket sprung beds. The air co works perfectly. The bathroom in the studio rooms has a double jacuzzi bath and shower. There is a living room with a good size sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine and full size fridge. The swimming pool is great and well staffed . It has a large jacuzzi and changing rooms and showers. The fitness centre is fantastic it has lots of quality machines and free weights. There is also a sauna and steam room. All in all the Ramme Techome is a well equipped comfortable clean hotel in a convenient location.

The staycation at Ramee techome hotel khar was average not happening at all nothing extraordinary.
The best part of the stay was one & only Jacuzzi tub in the room which is quite spacious and a different experience comparative to other properties.
Apart from that the service was not at all great, the staff working there are least bothered quiet rude & not at all interested. None of the staff were polite enough in showing any gesture of hospitality. The hotel was abit unhygienic in terms of cleaning the room, there are cockroaches roaming in the Fridge which is one of the amenities of room. While informing the same the hotel staff denied instead of accepting & being sorry about it they literally argue & ask you such questions as if we have done it purposely. Later after having a word with operations manager they provided a late check-out by 2 hours thts it & even the tone which he spoke was unacceptable.
No politeness no courtesy.
Housekeeping staff are quiet rude & they have mentioned clearly everywhere about refilling drinking water per day 2 bottles still when u would ask for the same they would deny without any hesitation, no manners to talk to guests.
The room were also not completely clean u can feel the dust in your feet. The club room is a bit smaller comparative to other room & they are least interested to even try to fulfill any type of special requests as I said no hospitality gestures.
A BIG NO NO for a long staycation. Only good for 1 night that too if you don't have any other options only then choose this property. Should keep it as 2nd Option. Never recommend as 1st option.
