I had booked 2 rooms from 13th to 17th november. I emailed the reservation team. Rakesh gave me a brilliant price for 2 excutive rooms. No hassle for paying. Payment on arrival. I arrived at the hotel 11am after a 13 hour flight. No issue room was ready. The service from the doorman to the top was great. I met Aysha thr manager in the lift. She was polite and always smiling. OK the hotel is old but the service and breakfast was great.

Great location. Most iconic places and some top notch restaurants are within walking distance. Was here for 4 nights. The food was good but was out done by exemplary restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Would recommend eating outside, which is what most folks already do. The hotel infrastructure is old. Rooms were clean but could be better. Some up keep is needed by the management in terms of design, furniture, and crockery. Will stay here again.y

Had an wonderful stay especially my 10yr old. She has spent half the day playing in the 🛁 The rooms and well maintained and clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. Wish we could stay for a longer period but will definitely recommend this hotel to people who are looking out for accomodation in South Mumbai.

The location of the hotel is the biggest plus, its a prime location from where we can go to all nearby attacks of Bombay, very near to marine drive and many fantastic restaurants. I enjoyed my stay with family there.

A night stay on this hotel was great. Although the building is already old, but it was maintained properly. The food was great as well but there's not many choices. I will still recommend staying here if you are just around mumbai.

It has an old- world charm. It is irresistible. The waiters are dressed to perfection. However, two ideas for making it even more irresistible. One, the lighhting is such that one cannot read in bed. Two, at the breakfast , the arrangement is rather difficult to figure out. It is a discontinuous rectangle with one side missing. The waiter might open his mouth , greet the guest and explain where is what.
