It was a very special lunch as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary! and to add to it, it was Valentines Day. We had spoken with Ms. Amisha for the booking and she ensured to provide us with the best rates, we were 16 of us! As promised she arranged for a lovely table arrangement and we were more than pleased. Talking about the food, needless to say all of us were quite thrilled with the buffet spread and the live counters specially. Baliram assisted us at the table and it was quite satisfactory, except for the fact that his eye brows went up when we asked for spoons. There was also a billing error which if we had not noticed we would have paid few thousands more. Was sorted eventually. All in all a memorable luncheon!

The decorations of the restaurant was great , it made us feel we were around India though we were in Mumbai . The food was great and the ambience was over the top experience. The helper Passang was of great help . And we look forward to come here again the the later future.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I must say it's a great place to stay. Rooms are spacious, Staff is very warm and courteous, Member recognition on point. You get a very prompt response for whatever you need and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Hospitality delivered by Ms. Kinjal from front desk was amazing. She was very prompt whenever I asked for any kind of assistance. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Looking forward to many more stays. Cheers 🥂

came in saptami with my friend for dinner.. buffet was very wide with lots of variety of item. good environment with lovely staff.we had enjoyed our dinner. and all this credit goes to hotel staff good huspitality. specially want to give thanks to mr sachin. rahul.passang.nasibbudin. who treated us like a family and make our dinner special and also give thanks to chef yogesh who make very good and fresh good.. thank you saptami team thank you hloiday inn for making our dinner special. will visit again in future👍👍
