Reasonable accommodations, front desk was helpful. Located close to the airport with decent food and views. I like their masala tea at the breakfast buffet. Several Indian as well as international options for breakfast.
We recently stayed at Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC during my work trip to Mumbai and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The hotel is chic and from the moment you step inside you get a flavour of their signature 'Yes! I can' service. It was very reassuring to see they were following all covid protocols to a T even though it's not a mandate anymore in Mumbai. The team also pampers kids and ensure they are happy and enjoy themselves. They also have a lovely swimming pool perfect for pool days and poolside parties. The rooms are spacious and well equipped to make your stay comfortable and we found the hotel perfect to relax after a busy day of work or sight seeing. We tried out the Malvani fish thali at Gallery Cafe of Radisson Mumbai Andheri MIDC and it was absolutely delicious. Loved the soul curry and prawn fry and the dessert was truly unique. Their restaurant also serves scrumptious dishes from other cuisines like Continental, Indian and Pan Asian and is a must stop when you are in Mumbai. The buffet is well laid with various dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also order ala carte from a menu that is well thought of and curates many wonderful dishes from different global cuisines. …
Over all our was plesant experience but need improvement in approach of room service and food quality Front Staff were courteous and friendly but had bad experience with service and maintenance staff who didn't turn up and I'd been waiting lobby time for them to visit and repair the door
When we talk about premium buffets, this is one of the best premium buffets in the city. With magnificent setup , excellent sofas and premium dining experience, the place will pull ur attention as soon as u enter! The starters , main course and desserts will all be at the buffet. The music was soft and silent which enhanced the overall experiance. Chicken tikka and fish in the starters were excellent and definitely recommended, the main course had continental and Indian among which Indian was the best! The quality of food and the taste is something that will make u visit this buffet again and again. Slightly overpriced but worth an experiance.
Terrible experience with food and service. I stayed there for a night and the food was nightmarishly bad. I ordered chicken biriyani and ice-cream both were terrible. The quality of the cream made me spit it out. The meat in the biriyani was chewy. I left both the items after a few bites. The staff wanted me to pay right away as though I would leave without paying. Made me feel unwelcome. I have stayed at Holiday Inn which comes at a similar price point. The service quality was so much better, the hotel much bigger and comfortable.
