Great value for money. Safe and friendly staff. Room service needs to be improved in terms of towel provisioned. Internet access though reliable is dorky as you get a unique credentials for each guest that is valid for a day. Also since it is not a standalone full fledged hotel you will not get reliable assistance from staff to move luggage to and fro. Breakfast is great in terms of quality and quantity though you have to confirm it when they call to deliver it between 8-9:30 am daily. Location is great even if the rooms are on the top 6th and 7th floors and catering college is below that.

Good location, away from crowd and traffic noise (note we stayed there over the weekend, there is a school in the same building, might get noisier). Close to Dadar Choupati. Shree Siddhivinayak temple is 10 mins walkable distance. Coming to the hotel itself rooms were spacious. Though most of the room amenities are at least a decade old, they were sufficient for our stay. Our rooms had a good sea view where one could see the old worli sea link. What could have been better: if possible avoid including the breakfast as it's the basic i.e. parantha and subji , no other options available. The lifts work on a different logic, honestly was annoying. Parking is available but limited. Overall a decent place for good price.

Rooms are big and location is good but it is not like a proper hotel if someone is looking for hotel experience. bath tub was not in good condition.
View is nice but if you are charging such a price, you should upgrade the rooms.

A very underrated hotel in the heart of Mumbai, Dadar. They offer a really affordable tarrif for such a spacious and luxurious room that is almost a suite size wise. The view offered is a stunning sea lined with the Sea Link bridge. The air conditioning was perfect and the property is well kept.

The location was very convenient. The rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was pre decided but taste and quantity was good . We enjoyed our stay here . the view from the rom was amazing we could the sea link and with huge glass windows it makes it even more special .
