Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Pros: -Big and airy rooms! -Room service folks were very cordial and helpful
COns: - a little far from shirdi mandir so you kinda miss out on few things - front desk staff was extremely confused and tried to extract money in form of cash and we had to pushback to use card instead.

Stayed for 05 Nights during by business trip to Mumbai. Room was nice but they are not changing the linens properly. During my stay they didnt changed the linen. They dont have restaurant, bring food from outside in a reasonable price but ask for payment every time immediately after delivery. Very limited option for breakfast. Location is good.

We booked a deluxe room at this hotel and had the worst experience ever at a hotel. We stayed a few nights and were so traumatised that we couldn't even sleep. Even though it's a budget hotel, we paid for the room and the bare minimum that we expected was a clean room, which was not the case at all. First off, when we were shown our room, the staff gave us white towels. The towels were not only in bad/worn out condition, but they were also filthy with clear stains on them. When we asked the staff to change them because they were dirty, they couldn't understand why we wanted fresh towels (they pretended not to see the stains even when we pointed them out). Maybe, they were fine using such dirty towels, but we were clients paying for a service. Upon our insistence, they changed the towels, but gave us even dirtier ones. Eventually, we had to go out and buy a new towel to use during our stay there. Secondly, the room was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere: under the bed, in the cupboard, on the walls, behind the headboard of the beds. They kept crawling everywhere. When we told the staff, they simply gave us some spray. That barely helped because as soon as we turned off the lights, the cockroaches started crawling from behind the headboard and from the bedside table onto the bed. It was absolutely horrifying.
The conditions at this hotel are unsanitary and could cause diseases to spread because of all the cockroaches and possibly other insects in the rooms. The pictures of the room as uploaded by hotel are highly misleading.
The pictures that I've uploaded show only a few of the cockroaches that were in the room. There were many more.

Not at all recommended if you are travelling with family. The property encourages immoral conducts and when asked they just ignored. Have stayed in many OYO property but this was my first experience of this sort. Had to witness this as this was happening right next to my room and as i had to pay in advance couldn`t do much. The nights were so disturbing and horrible.
The service of the staff was so poor. No cleaning, bad breakfast and they consistently took almost a hour if you order any food even if it was just a tea and that too after repeated follow ups. They don`t have a kitchen of there own. Will never go back to this place and beware if you can adjust.

Well it's an quite nice place to stay in Mumbai at affordable price. I love the interior of the hotel, services of the hotel. Room keeping and morning breakfast buffet is awesome. Also staff is so cooperating.
