Entire staff is so well mannered and polite. Specially Mr. Ratnakar always there to assist the customers for baggage and any type of help required. And for the counter staff Ms. Neha. Its a great stay.

They don’t give rooms even if you reach an hour or two before 2 pm saying all rooms are occupied. Keep people waiting at the reception like a waiting lounge and for that also they don’t have enough seating capacity. They have 0 hospitality or customer centricity For an ice-bucket they charge ₹60 - this is the first hotel in my life I have seen doing that. When asked for an oil sachet, reception told me that’s it out of stock and they will check which they never called back

Me and my friends just wanted a staycation type of deal but customised.. So we booked 3 luxe rooms for the weekend. Although the hotel was sold out the previous day. They still somehow with a little time were able tog et us one room and then the remaining two in a little while. Ive been a regular guest here. Well this time, there were a little small issues. Like the shower cubical drain, was a little clogged probably, so the cubical overflowed to the bathroom. But after a call in 10mins the issue was resolved, the bathroom was wiped clean and drainage issue resolved by two different people with the floor mat changed in 15 mins. Which is very fast compared to what ive experienced with housekeeping or maintenance compared to other hotels with better stars. We had the dental kit missing, first time in my all stays here, but again in 10 mins had it received after a call in all 3 rooms. My room intercom wasnt ringing properly, they sent a guy to repair and replace that too. We got complimentary 5 plates for my room while we waited considering we had 3 rooms, so overall they made experience was just too smooth,I got the last floor as requested and all the other rooms close by.. Even the restaurant has upgraded with a tandoor which led to a variety of dishes on the menu now. (was a drawback before limited menu) and they do let you order food from out too. The quality of guests also have been good in my visits. Mostly business or big families types. Not much nuisance. Ms. Ruchita (sorry If Ive spelt it wrong) and Krishna Priya, at the reception have assisted us fantastically in right from check in to checkout and all the calls in between to resolve or assist in any issues. Even the maintenance and cleaning staff were so polite and spot on in thier job.. The ambience of the hotel and rooms is great and the shower is too good, the beds and quilts are cozy and soft too, I didnt use it, but just took a tour of the gym which ia very well equiped too. A satisfying stay overall. And hope the review gives you a vibe of what you can expect. Ginger is not just a hotel, Its an overall experience. Regards. Winston.…
