Stay in hotel was great, we tried all Indian cushion’s. We have stayed in many hotels in India but this hotel and Goa hotel are the best among them. That breakfast was just mind blowing. All the service man follow hygiene. Gautam. He knows how to deal with guest because except him. no one asked us about their service, food,stay. Thank you 😊 appreciated

Terrible service. Worst hotel in all my travels. Room service is pathetically slow and the air conditioning does not work. Front office is not helpful at all. Despite having a confirmed Makemytrip booking voucher, the hotel tried to turn me away at night saying they are sold out. Had to wait it out. Don’t recommend to anybody.

We stayed at Ginger Hotel for 2 days, their staff was very familiar and friendly, even the chef was so friendly (especially Gautam). we enjoyed all the food, dinner breakfast everything was well run. Room service is also available. We had a good time thanks everyone.🥰🥰

I had gone for a three day stay on business trip. Room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was also good and fulfilling. Service and support staff were also up there especially Chitrajyoti Pegu on reception desk was largely helpful. Overall enjoyed my comfortable stay.

property at a good location from airport, spacious rooms but the staff hangup the phone at reception rather helping their guests and below are some unpleasant exp i had Few points to note though – I never had to pay for milk for my toddler at any IHCL property so was surprised that baby foods were charged here I called at 10:45 pm to ask for some milk for my child and was told to wait while they check and revert but no one did, thank goodness I carried his powder milk else my baby would have had to sleep empty stomach I requested to save paper by not printing my invoice rather emailing it to me here but haven’t received it yet

the whole experience was mind blowing gautam from restaurant did a fantastic job in making us feel comfortable all the time. his work and flair admirable.it has always been a pleasure to stay with ginger. being a professional i can say this is the best hotel in this budget. all food was great specially all breakfast. i have stayed here multiple times and all experiences have been great
