Excellent choice. My decision was right that I avoided oyo when I checked in to urbanpod hotel. Bathroom was made in a such way that you won't feel unavailability or shared. Front desk staff goes beyond your expectation to help you out. Rahul and mr Abhishek was excellent at their work. Vinay from housekeeping was very polite. You'll see Manisha all busy with their sanitation work, which is excellent And finally about pod, pod was built very nicely and decorative. I am sure anyone who book urbanpod will never regret. Thanks guys for making my stay comfortable and relaxed.

This is one of the best stays in Mumbai, especially in such a price. Even beats some of the higher priced properties. The property location is in Andheri East and is very near to major bus stops, metro stations and local train stations and market area. Super clean and convenient.

Hi My name is Ashish, relocated to Mumbai sometime last year. I was awaiting for my apartment to be vacated hence was looking out for long stay. I came across Urbanpod, saw video Introduction and found very interesting though I also had apprehension about privacy and Higgins. Honestly during visited, I was surprised coz all my doubts were proven wrong. Opted for regular pod which take care your privacy provide all required amenities like AC, TV, Dish Wifi Bed and my Best friend big pluffy Pillows hahahaha.
Washrooms and common areas are as clean as our home, best part it's silent as pin drop. Place has most of the amenities to make our stay comfortable right from Press, Clean Drinking water, Hair Dryer ......
Last but the best part is people, they are so friendly, helping nature. Make you feel at home.....they would remember you preferences which makes you feel so special.
Honestly I can go on and write a short book on my stay of 5-6 Months......I would recommend anyone looking for neat and clean home like stay with best in class amenities Urbanpod is the place :)

Private pod is not private completely, read full to understand more.Gave two star only for bathroom and pod cleanliness. Cleanliness is good, clean sheets pillow and pod was clean. But pod temperature was 29deg celcius minimum and there is no fan or windows in pod so it was suffocating,yes in lounge there are split ac present thus temperature is cool there, but if you looking for private pod ,please just put a little more and book a hotel (in 1800rs you can book 3star rating hotel or see options on other sites)atleast AC will be working there or atleast fan will be there.and yes if you are booking private pod because you wanted privacy for any unusual smells then please know that private pod is not private, it is just two pods with 2 diffrent gates, if other guys feet stinks then smell will come to your pod,if he sprays a strong smelling perfume, that smell will surely come to your pod and thus Ac was not working,it was like i paid for the whole night irritation.Can see in pictures dust hanging around in pod area,so if you are allergic to dust,please avoid it. Bathrooms and toilets -very clean, hot and cold water present.shampoo and body wash present,they give disposable towel,you can use. Therefore if you want to book for 3-4hrs i will recommend classic pod,it is cheap and you just need a space to keep you luggage and have a nap or take a bath.But never go for private pod, i repeat never, It will be like trapped in a hot gas box , can compare to hot coffin if Both of their AC are not working,and trust me 1AC working was not enough even there were bery few people present there.And even donot trust if they say that i will be repaired, beleive it is in government station ,booking is available through irctc tourism site.So that AC will not be repaired early, atleast it was not repaired in 24 hrs, so what can i say.Anyways best of luck for your stay, hope you wouldn't need go through what happened with me.

We thank you for your appreciation of our cleanness, we truly regret the inconvenience caused because of Air-conditioning. we wanted to highlight a few points, like the POD panel is showing its panel temperature not the pod environment temperature, the POD environment temperature is centralized and we maintain a temperature between 22 degrees Celsius to 23 degrees Celsius, we again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because of one of our air-condition failure, but our fresh air system was ON and it is 24/7 ON, we tried to manage the air condition unit restoration by 12.30 pm on 21-04-2022, machinery expectation breakdown is something which is not in our control, As private POD is designed in such a way that we had not compromised on guest privacy, security, and comforts. We thank you for your recommendation for the classic pod. We wish to welcome you back again and look forward to your next visit.

First of all, we could not find the entrance of the hotel! There was no board and there was some construction going on so we had a lot of difficulty even finding the hotel. Location is in a very busy road and getting a taxi from there was tough.
We reached an hour early and we were made to wait for a long time for checking in. The staff were not trained well and didn't know how to answer any queries.
We decided to have lunch there but there were no options except exorbitantly priced sandwiches and juice. The sandwiches were tiny and not at all filling. I felt we were ripped off! Outside food is not allowed in so in-house food should be good and filling!
Rooms and washrooms are extremely clean and tidy and cleaned regularly. But ac in our room wasn't working and we wasted another half an hour trying to get it fixed, which it didn't! Nor did they give us another room!
It's a clean and affordable place but they really really need to improve on service, food and maintenance. They have been getting on because of their cheaper price but it won't last long if they don't improve and fast!

I've enjoyed this entire concept of pods. Each pod is allocated to a guest. There is everything that you would need to chill inside these capsules - mainly consisting of comfy beds, there is a TV and an headphone in the inside to watch your shows or movies. There are different types of these pods. The one in which I stayed was the most basic option. The bathrooms and toilets are separate and common for everyone, nevertheless they are all really clean and well maintained. However I did not find the restaurant very impressive. I would say this is an affordable option near the International Airport.

As a claustrophobic person my biggest concern was if I would be able to make it through the night in an enclosed space, turns out - the Pods are so comfy providing comfortable bedding, blanket, pillows, adjustable mood lights, mirror, etc. The experience in the sleeping pod was just amazing. The washrooms are always clean. the common area is a chill out space where you can eat, read, work, binge watch and also meet new people. it is lively even in midnight.

This was a great experience for me as i was looking for a good hygienic as wel as economical place to stay and i bumped into urbanpod. This was my first stay in a pod concept hotel and it was totally worth it. One gets there own private pod with full privacy and they have a high level of security for pods and lockers provided. I have visited this place twice in the same month. Thumbs up to the housekeeping team to keep this place as good as new.

Hi, I would like to explain why I truly come back to this place every time, this place is clean, convenient and affordable. Another great comfort is the fact that all forms of payments are accepted at this location. staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable and very forth coming to us guests. Food is not an issue at this location, as is food is located in and around Mumbai central station. A drawback is that people might look at the Agoda or something with an 80% off and than say its full in a google search so that''s pretty misleading, overall as a transit hotel instead of a 2star in google reviews I give it a 5 star.

The Urbanpod Hotel is a lifesaver if you have an early morning Train to board from Mumbai Central Railway Station. The Pods are well maintained and sufficiently equipped with all the essentials that one might need for an overnight stay. The Air-conditioning is very effective. However the Pods aren't sufficiently Sound Proof. Had a fellow passenger C/In at 01:00 A.M at Night into an adjacent Pod. Could hear him un-pack, then pack followed by a long conversation on the phone that lasted for a good 45 Mins. Not recommended if you aren't a sound sleeper. The Bath / Toilet facilities are sufficient and extremely well kept. There's Housekeeping that keeps cleaning them round the clock. Would definitely recommend if you have a Train to board from here.
