My daughter and I stayed at Empresa to attend a family wedding. The property is new and very conveniently located. The front desk staff is very courteous but the housekeeping staff is inexperienced and did not do a good job with cleaning rooms.

Recently i had booked The Empresa Hotel Mumbai for 02 nights stay along with my family. The property is well located in Lokhandwala area, near to Mumbai metro. Even though hotel is small but caters all facilities of 04 star property. They are strictly adhering to all COVID guidelines like sanitization; checking guest temperature; have asked me to share COVID negative report & also Aaroge Setu App etc. They have a Spanish Indo fusion restaurant name Loco Loca presently open for inhouse guest. Food is really deliciously; one must try Khopholi Croquet; Pizzas. Staff is very courteous & friendly.....Highly recommended hotel.

Reached late at night and the staff from the security guard to front office was excellent. Very welcoming and courteous staff on night shift. Room service was open 24/7 so we got our dinner served in the room. Room was very clean and linen was spotless clean. Next morning the breakfast was served in loco loca cafe. They have a super chef who controls the food quality. 10/10 for the food they serve.

The prices are almost at par with some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai but the hotel should not even be meeting the 4 star criteria. The restaurant is in open with no Ac. The breakfast buffet had very few options in commensurate to the prices they charge. As the restaurant is in open, mosquitoes & flies disturb in between. They don't give more than 2 bottles of water in a day even if you are paying for 3 people in a room.

The hotel restaurant is non air conditioned, outside the main building. It is in fact in open space, covered on top by artificial coverings. Few pedestal fans and desert coolers placed at few corners, which are very much insufficient for Bombay weather. The Breakfast was not worthy. The lobby is very small, hardly any space or privacy to sit with guests. The hotel did not allow our guest couple to come inside our room. The hotel did not provide cutlery (Plate and spoon) into our room on demand. The hotel refused to provide wifi password saying it was not free. The hotel refused to provide computer facility to download Boarding pass for our return flight, saying they do not have a computer. The reception staff were rude. All staff are very welcoming and provide amazing service. Breakfast options are good. The restaurants also serve delicious food. Being a vegan the kitchen accomadated us with all requests. Gym facilities has also the required equipment to do a workout. Small but good.

The rooms were great but the hospitally lacked in many aspects. Made to wait more than 30 mins to check in even on arrival at provided checkin time, I let go. Bedsheets were a bit soiled, I let it go. Guest services was not able to fix WiFi for the entirety of my stay, dreadful. I was hoping to extend my stay but decided to checkout next morning. Made to wait even for that. The staff at the reservation has no urgency to accommodate the guest, they go on with the worm at their own leisure. Guests need to constantly engage them to get their update. Won't visit again. Could have booked a suite in a 3 star hotel with better service.

I was truly disappointed with the hotel cleanliness of room and bathroom, quality of mattress, wifi connection, windows that are not sound proof. The highlight is the breakfast and friendly staff who try their best. For an International travelers it would compare at best to 2 star hotel. For me location to office is paramount hence I stayed here.

The location was very close to my work area so i chose this hotel despite the reasonably high price. I was staying in the Deluxe room which is their smallest room category (Rs 5300 incl bf and taxes). The closet and bathroom were decent (pretty much what you expect in a 4-star in Mumbai, but room itself was TINY. I have stayed in many hotels in Mumbai before, even cheaper ones, but never stayed in something so tiny. That's definitely something they should consider improving or offering for much cheaper rates. Breakfast was very disappointing, they should increase variety for sure!

Look no further. Just stay here with the most friendly staff and get pampered. General manager Rajesh Kapoor runs the hotel in his feet and not from his seat. Don't forget to try the 2and floor exquisite cuisine and amazing view from the terrace with lovely pool.
You pay pennies for a hotel that is worth all the money. Get the most bang for your buck.
