The good - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the food is good with a variety of restaurants (though not - pure veg only).
The bad - the beds are extremely hard which had an impact on my sleep. The walls are a little thin, meaning you can hear more room from other rooms than one would like. No one emptied the bins or did other basic cleaning tasks for the 5 days I was in the room.

I got the double bed room, like in the picture for the hotel, hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Room service was excellent, only vegetarian options are available. For non-veg there is a sit down restaurant downstairs.
My visit was during the monsoons and the garden view room kept me mesmerized with parrots and other birdlife.

This resort is away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai city but yet close to everything. A peaceful area and tastefully decorated rooms. Restaurant serving food is an average and overpriced. Staff is efficient and cooperative. Overall its a good choice to stay in Mumbai at 3* prices with 4* amenities.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and they had to be the worst three nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel.
Just for background I have been a regular user of this hotel and I have noticed that with every stay the standards drop, on this occasion they hit an all time low.
The room we were given had a terrible smell and the stench from the bathroom was so bad that I had to complain at reception, they sent a chap armed with a can of air freshener which made the smell even worse . As we had just arrived from a long flight and were really exhausted I put up with the foul smell for the night and would complain in the morning . In the middle of the night my wife woke me up when she notice a lot of noise coming out by the ceiling near the headboard of the bed which lasted a few minutes, when we looked around we noticed yellow pieces of cardboard stuck down to keep out rats from entering the room as confirmed by housekeeping the next morning . From that moment onwards we couldn’t sleep fearing that these rats may in fact enter our room . In the morning I complained at the reception desk who sent someone to look at the room and confirm our fears and was transferred to another room after a three hour wait .
The second room didn’t have the smell of a public toilet like the first one but I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom . In the morning as I was showering one of these must have somehow crept onto the towel and as I was drying myself jumped onto my body , this was the most horrific feeling I have ever experienced.

Worst experience (Buffet)...The food was too pathetic. No way even near a one star restaurant had an option i will give a negative rating. We even offered his manager Francis and Durgesh to have the food on my behalf and will pay for it. To your surprise they didn't had that food. The ambience is good being on the pool side, but the chair and table are so cheap of plastic as you are eating on the street side. The food is not well cooked or prepared. Pasta was half cooked with water gravy. Manchow Soup (OMG) was like a ready packet serving. Roti/naan was served cold and was like rubber. Noodles were cold and tasteless. Over and above the desert was like you will forget mad over donuts.
About this exciting experience when we told manager Francis (Bald and beared guy), his explanation was so that everyone has a different taste and was not ready to accept the mistake. So guys strongly suggest not to go to this place for food experience, if you want to just chill on the pool side and enjoy the ambience then it's fine.

This Hotel is situated perfectly away from all the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. The rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay in. We have stayed here on 2 occasions and all the staff have got to know us very well. I originally booked with Harsha who has been brilliant and accommodated all our requests. Not to mention Omkar, the hotel manager and his side kick Omkar who manages the restaurant. Prashant is also very pleasant and not to forget Tejaswini and Ravi. There are several amenities to relax and unwind after a hectic day such as swimming, squash court, badminton, Gym etc.
Overall, we have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Oh! My wife has requested to lower the hanging rails in the wardrobe and the shower so she can reach comfortably. I hope that will be done for our next visit. Thank you all!!!

I stayed in this resort (so called) for 2 nights, activities shown (squash, table tennis & badminton, swimming pool) were not operational on 1st day (as there was some marriage function going on). Bad room service (had to follow up a lot for small small things), lots of mosquitoes in the room (probably due to the ongoing construction in the back yard. Pretty expensive stay and disappointing breakfast (1000 Rs/night extra for merely 8 hot breakfast items). Would recommend it to the people who want to shell out extra money for no services

From booking to leaving, everything that could go on wrong, went wrong. V had 3 rooms booked in advance for my mom’s bday. They messed up our booking not once, not twice, thrice! The day we went to checkin we found out they again messed up! The rooms were not maintained at all, had to get rooms changed multiple times, phone not working, hot water not working, flush not working, tv, ac nothing worked. The only saving grace was their pool. The breakfast spread was the worst ever. In the last decade we have stayed here many many times and always had wonderful times. Their breakfast spread used to be phenomenal. Under the new management, this place is completely ruined. Really sad.

Management has changed hence quality has gone to the dogs. Had come here two years ago and had a wonderful experience as they were professionals seeking to do their best in the industry. But not anymore. This time, I had some minor issues but their careless behaviour towards getting resolved made the issues too big. On top of that, it was creepy as I always felt their lustful eyes following me. Never coming back!
