Enjoyed our stay at Keys Select, Nestor Mumbai. The food was good and staff in the restaurant were always ready to serve, The hotel reception staff, cleaning staff and especially the doorman were very friendly, always cheerful and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned well. Good location to walk to the nearby markets, shops. Our only issue was the beds were hard but overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

I had my mandatory one week quarantine stay at Keys Nestor, and it was quite comfortable with very good meals provided 3times in a day.
Comfortable rooms and good value for money!
A slightly better cleaning routine would be advised.
Overall, a satisfactory stay. The housekeeping and other staff are very kind and keen to serve.

People in house keeping is really great. They take care things verywell.
In a lazy sunday morning i asked one of the house keeping guy Avinsah to refill all consumbales (Water/Tea bags/Milkpowder), he just did it quickly and was polite to help to if i need anything more. After getting up, i found the living room & wash room is in mesh,he made the room perfect once again in 10 min. So i just happy about it

I am staying at this property on a business trip. The rooms are bad, they are actually a makeshift type of rooms. The room has a kitchen sink and a kitchen top suggesting that a one room set has been converted to a hotel.
The staff is irresponsible. Don't listen to the guests requirements. Don't even bother to provide a feedback on guest requests.
NOT recommended for stay.

I had booked this hotel for my night stay on 30 Aug, while returning from abroad. Hotel was satisfactory, room was quite large and Breakfast menu had a wide spread with good taste.
However, they messed up my pick up from Mumbai International Airport (T2) completely. In spite of my talking them on phone, confirming pick up on email and reconfirming on the day of arrival, there was no one to receive. After 2 phone calls, they were still chceking! After 15 min, was told that the pick up was on its way. It finally arrived 45 min late.
There were atleast 50 different people from different hotel waiting for thei guests, but we had to wait for 45 min for our transportation at that late hour in the night.
Location of the hotel is poor, too.

Stayed at the Hotel during my visit to Mumbai.
Staff was very courteous. Especially Mr. Sudhir Pandey. He ensured right from Checkin that our needs were taken care of and constantly looked after our comfort and well being. The rooms are quite spacious and will definitely stay again.

Hopeless. Dont even visit even if offered for a complimentary stay. No hot water for bath, the cold water bathed does not drain and splashes back. Water in the sink dies not flow, it drips. The windows have gaps for mosquitoes to feast on. AC is fixed at some temperature which you can neither reduce nor increase.

Do not judge the book by it cover. The photo shown of a standard is just illusion.The bathroom of these standards room are worst that a 1star hotel.You would get many better hotel for the same price in the same vicinity with much better Room and services. I stay for 3 days and eventually they charged me 3k extra just be get a room with clean bathroom. Don't get impress with the bfast and dinner offer at their standard room as the dinner and bfast are sub standard. The receptionist need to be trained who doesn't know the meaning of hospitality.No smile and no greetings while checking in.

Hello domestic airport you can take a UBER OR OLA Which will cost below Rs-250.The driverwill directly take you to the hotel

If you give the laundry today till afternoon, you will get it back till night the same day.
And if you give it in the evening, you will get it back the next day evening.
