My friend visited them. Is at their reception right now. They offered rate. Then said go online and book. It’s cheaper. Online was 10% higher. When I’ve told them that they need to fix this their manager has handed phone back to my friend and refuses to talk. This isn’t a hotel. It’s a scam house.

I was travelling with my fiancee to giver her surprise on her birthday..room were quite big and very clean. We had a lovely stay here. Food is also very nice here..front office staff is so help full. Receptionist jyotirmay was corporative and helped me in all my queries...we will visit again here only

We have booked this residences for my friends birthday. Rooms are very big and very clean. We have enjoyed alot here and would definitely recomend this hotel to every one. Front office staff is very cooperative and always smiling...we will surely visit again

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and it was not a pleasure. The rooms were dirty and the bed, mirrors etc had stains, and the room was just not nice. It felt like there was something crawling on my skin all the time when I was sleeping, so uncomfortable. Plus the room was full of mosquitos. So we left the hotel and now I don’t know if we’ll get our money back, as the hotel didn’t contact us or anything as they said they would. It looked so good on the pictures, but it was an expensive disappointment.

Very pathetic stay. We did our check-in on 13th Feb 2020 at the time of check-in the staff at front desk was so busy with there own work that they had patience and time to talk to us properly. We reached out property after 2:00pm and even than they informed us that our room was not ready and top of it they had no place to wait. On arriving our room we find out that there was no napkins towels and tissues in bathroom so we called the room cleaning team several times for same but we they had no response inspire for repeatedly calling them. So in morning we had to go in the common area to find a staff who could give us towels but still not napkin and tissues were provided. Than while leaving for our work on second day we told at the front desk if we should leave the keys for room cleaning so he told no sir don't worry it shall be done. To our surprise when we return to room late night again the room is in the condition as we left. Even after calling several times after seeing this staff still doesn't arrive for making up the room. So I just have one question at the end for the team that if they can't give service and quality why do they write Luxury residence along with there name!!…

I had stayed at this property earlier when it was called oak wood. Since then, the service has deteriorated a lot. Rooms had low light, microwave was not working, internet was pathetically bad and breakfast was not good. I had booking for three day’s and checked out on day 2 although I lost a day of money. Hope they restore the old service level and maintain the property

After confirming an extended check out while I checked in, I was informed it would not be a problem. On the day of the inital check out, my travel desk was called multiple times telling that we would need to shift out to another room as the current room was committed to someone else. Since we were out for meetings, we only reached the hotel late at night to realise that the staff had entered our room, dumped all our stuff in a bad and kept it in another room. I felt extremely violated as the hotel thought that they had the right touch all my personal belongings and shift me without my permission. On top of that the hygiene in this hotel is absolutely disgusting, from stinking rooms to stained sheets. Terrible experience.

I have been here 2 weeks in november 2019. The place is old and not maintained. The rooms are horrible (the moquette stinks and overall very dirty). The cleaning team don't know how to clean. And they are always late. You should see what they use to clean: they don't even have the instruments to clean (The vacuum was not working all the time I was there. I cleaned the room myself) It shows on internet like a 5 stars hotel when actually is not. Just the kitchen is good. A/C very noisy. Nonsense price for what you get. Location is good. Never again for the prices they have: is easier to find much better.
