The best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, with every single person looking after so well. For me personally it is a great lesson in customer service from every single person, Nakshatra, Leander, Stelin, the list goes on. The food has been exceptional!

I was visited in the hotel to give the parcel to the guest .... Actually I am working in the Hotel** and one guest was came in our hotel which staying in the trident in Room No 759 guest Mr.Jameel verjee and this guest was forgot the sunglasses and I was came in the hotel to deliver.when I was entered in the lobby and went at the concierge desk and I meet Ms.Niyati from Concierge Department and I informed here that I came from the hotel and also I am working there I would like to highly appreciate to Ms.Niyati ,she was very kind .. firstly she smiled...she offered me water and I was standing in the lobby science last 25 minutes,and she told me to .. please be comfortable ..the way she treated me it's like a guest she was aware that I from hotel employee but the way she treated me ..it was highly appreciated .....I highly requested to please pass this feedback to higher level manager Thank you.. !!! 😊 Liron Coutinho …

Experience at Trident was at the next level.Mesmerizing interiors. 022 Manager Devendra and his team Leander, Sandesh , Rosely gave us such personal attention and anticipated whatever we needed even before asking. Seldom u come across such a place like 022 that has it all delicious food, fantastic F&B and lovely ambience. We liked the concept of Chefs also interacting with guests. The pool is very clean and well mantained. Room service is excellent. There was nothing to complain about.

The staff Shivank and Prajwal were very attentive. They gave good suggestions for dining and always anticipated my needs. My beverage glass was always full. Food was served quickly. The fare is good value for money and I would not hesitate to dine here again.

This is a lovely hotel in BKC, with multiple restaurants, a spa & fitness center & pool, plus large comfortable rooms. The staff were all incredibly helpful. Rooms were well stocked with bottled water. My only notes for improvement are that my room smelled a bit musty, and the hair dryer could use an upgrade. Be aware that you can hear the plumbing and doors from the hallway, but this wasn’t an issue at night. I had a terrific massage at the spa and a delicious dinner at Maya. I also very much enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet, which had a number of indian, asian and western options, most made to order.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was just perfect.The welcome, the ease of checkin, the rooms, the staff, the food at O22, the overall ambience, liked each and every bit of it. The location too was just perfect for us with NMACC and a good no. of cafes being just a few 100 metres walking distance.
