I will never like to go again in this hotel. I had very bad experience of this Hotel. Even the reviews given by customers appears forge as the room size, amenities, cleanliness are below average. The food quality is extremely poor. The staff is so arrogant and did not bother at all about customer service.
Amazing hotel with all necessity amenities with overall good food.Higher floors have airport view.Super friendly staff and 5 mins by car maximum to the airport and airport to hotel.Good spread of breakfast, Indian and mughlai very satisfying.
We have been staying in this hotel for almost 6 years now, and this time we had the worst experience. We checked in around 10.10 am and informed these people twice about the breakfast even informed over a phone call which came around 10.21 am that we will be down in 5 mins but due to their horrible lift we were waiting outside the lift for almost 7-8 mins which you can go ahead and check in your damn cameras. But Mr. Shaikh from the restaurant and the front desk staff Mr. Shiv made our experience horrible. The staff were busy enjoying their breakfast and cared a damn about the guests. Would highly recommend you guys to check your cameras. We have always enjoyed staying in this property but this is our last visit for the extremely poor customer service by these people. If this is how your staff will treat your guests then you are surely going to lose business. Highly disappointed by this time’s experience. Never coming back again. We felt extremely disrespected. WORST EXPERIENCE TILL DATE…
One of the best hotel if you a want a decent budget hotel near T2 International Airport. I stayed for a night and I liked it. They do have buffet dinner at 500 rupees per person and buffet breakfast. Food was fresh and good. They are provide Airport transfer (pickup & drop off) for additional cost but I think its awesome service if you want piece of mind when heading towards airport. Overall I think is a good hotel for one night.
We stayed at this hotel second time during our Mumbai visit after 6 years. When we decided to visit Mumbai again, we searched for good options in Andheri and Ghatkopar west area. We wanted to'try' some new hotel but finally we selected again Le grande due to its economical tariffs and relatively good location with good facility. Staff was also good and helpful. On 1st day, there was some delay in getting hot water for bath but finally it was sorted out. As we had stayed here before 6 years, we observed that this hotel also is facing crisis due to lockdown (like many other businesses) inspite of less staff and economical crisis . they managed their best to give best possible satisfactory experience to their guests.
This is a comfortably 3 star hotel with helpful staff a 2 lifts. We chose this after our original choice turned out to be effectively a 1 star hotel, which we abandoned for Le Grande. Everywhere is beautifully and tastefully tiled. We were on the 6th floor, Executive room. I would stay here again without question. (Maybe the rooms on the other floors are different). The room was very large with large desk/mirror (brilliant!), bed was comfortable, but duvet had the odd stains. There was a safe but didn't use. Tea/coffee/kettle/bottles of water. The bathroom was ok; not as plush and the walk in shower didn't have a curtain (broken rail) or a glass shield (as in the official pictures) - please install to prevent the whole floor from being wet. Also I would recommend that wall liquid soap dispensers are installed to save on soap wastage and on small plastic bottles. Breakfast was a disappointment: 2 or 3 hot spicy Indian dishes (varied daily), omelette with chillies, bread, butter, jam (only on one day), papaya chunks, watermelon juice, tea/coffee to order. No cereals/pastries/cakes. I don't like to have lunch/dinner as breakfast so I avoided all spicy dishes and asked for plain omelettes each day, and had bread and juice. Not having cereals was a MAJOR disappointment - but strangely it WAS available for extra on room service! Had dinner a couple of times and they were great. Dinning room is great, the foyer is large and 2 people at reception. We also needed to have PCR test done. The hotel arranged for someone to come to the room (Rs 800). Got the result in about 24hrs. There was an anomaly on one of the results which the hotel contacted the lab to have it corrected. Funnily the hotel got the PDF results and not on our phone. Providers were TruTest Laboratories in association with IGenetic Diagnostics. Hotel is on a quiet road, so no noise from nearby main road. A park with exercising machines is directly opposite. One final note to the management: Please clean the AC filters.…
The staff very polite and it was a Hassel free check in, However the bed sheets were dirty on cleaned, unhygienic rooms condition The food is great We did not have a telephone!! How do I order food or contact the hotel guys! Later upon complaining the telephone was fitted in our room. Not worth it , the management should look after such instances!!
Room phone was out of order General cleanliness was very average Could here sounds of adjacent spaces in the room Not recommended overall Only positive was that the food was good Staff service was average
