Some suggestions: 1.The room telephone was not functioning due a loose telephone cord .This could have been checked before allotting the room. 2.Very disturbing sound from the room above ie: #511 which was clearly heard in the late hours of the night/ until next morning. 3.Vibrating sounds of the glass panes/ windows could be felt in the silence of the night. 4.The restaurant staff were quite prompt but they seemed quite inflexible probably for lack of empowerment at their level.Several attempts to engage with the chef were made futile by the reluctant restaurant staff. 5.I must appreciate the efforts of Maryam Chunawala for her patience, understanding & her efficient manner in dealing with our booking. She was most kind .Richard at the front Desk was also very polite & helpful. 6.Alam the restaurant staff was quite helpful for organising the lunch without any spicy element due to the tonque challenge for one of us. 7.I think if a guest has a tonque problem & he expects that staff in other areas be made aware of his eating difficulties.Such information after repeated visits did not seem to have been passed on. 8..The gardens or plants were very well chosen out side the guest rooms but on all days the empty sugar sachets in the pots were not noticed & cleaned by the HK staff. 9.Mosquitoes could be a problem if the door is left open for a long time. 10.The HK staff was not trained to the functioning of the ac controls in the guest rooms. 11.The wifi operational cycle was on 24 hour basis & had to be reset. It was a cumbersome affair. 12..The room keys were also to be recharged. 13.When requested for a takeway item during bfast the same was politely declined by the staff. 14. I would highly recomment this particular hotel for its very dynamic location, good service staff & very tasty food.…

I m not going to eat the plate I just want to have food...I go for the breakfast in the morning the staff is so loud while talking they just don't care the guest is have breakfast, trust me they were talking as if they are in garder , not only jr staff but managers (two guys in a blue blazer) i m sure they were manager or someone higher then that are laughing and talking about other international guest n making fun of it ...I m a hotelier and my partner as well..we know that working hour and condition but misbehaving for room and dinner plates. It was an excellent day to celebrate my 60th Birthday on November 10th. My Birthday was on 1st November but as it was a weekday we celebrated on 10th Nov. It was a wonderful starting from the party hall (Sapphire, 1st floor) and the food. Guests enjoyed the right from the starters till the dessert. Best of all was the hotel staff who were all loving and co-operative.

The title of this review says everything. Can't find one fault in this restaurant. Especially the Veg buffet..Worth every penny. The ambience is one of the best and true value for money. Love the food.
The stay was nice and the rooms were well equipped. The service was reasonable and the hotel is very conveniently located. Overall average to satisfactory. Why not good to excellent? Because there were mosquitoes in the room and the first night was a torture , the second night after reporting the problem , they placed a mosquito repellent so the second night was fine. 3 star hotel, mosquitoes!!! You can’t be serious !!!
We went for Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel. The place offers banquet halls for marriage ceremony other parties. We went to the restaurant on the 1st floor. The first thing that strikes you is the quality of interiors, the cleanliness - excellent. The next thing that strikes you is the strong smell of non-veg food, fish etc. - it is quite unsettling for vegetarians. Not sure if the Air conditioning (which is strong enough) is able to recirculate the air quickly, as the odour of non-veg food persists. Now to the food - we had veg manchow soup (Ok in taste, good quantity), veg broccoli in cream / cheese soup (full of cheese and cream, almost white in colour - disappointing in taste and quantity) For starters, paneer tikka was fabulous, even aloo methi tikki was very good. In the main course, we ordered veg pan fried noodles (good in taste), veg fried rice, veg schezwan fried rice (both average in taste), cauliflower manchurian in hot garlic sauce (average in taste) and veg manchurian with gravy (manchurian balls were not soft, but the gravy was good). Quantity was good in all the dishes. Pricing of food items is relatively expensive. Maybe will try Punjabi / North Indian veg dishes next time. …
Great place for functions. Nice family time. Need slight improvement in food and service.Overall worth the money. Visited for a close cousin wedding ceremony and stayed for couple nights. They were accommodating with most request.
Much above expectation, very nice and perfect room. All amenities under one roof. Most of things are brand new, comfortable sleep. Breakfast is excellent and huge variety. Staff is helpful friend and always smiling.
My sister's Marriage ceremony took place at 1 of Halls at Sai Grand Palace and I must say it has been the most memorable day for all of us. The staff is very trained, groomed, very helpful and courteous. The arrangements were too of it's class. The chandelier on the 2nd floor hall is just wonderful. The food was mouthwatering and best.
