We stayed 2 nights and loved the location but the fact that there was a building site in front of the hotel ( road was totally ripped up) which made access a bit of a challenge. Hotel needs some updating . Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful .

I stayed here for a couple of nights and I am very much satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located within the walking distance from the Gateway of India. The room was spacious and clean and all the amenities were present. I had buffet breakfast and I liked the food quality, the platter, and their service. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and the staffs were jolly and helpful.
Overall, I am very much happy with my stay here and surely I will consider this hotel for my next stay around that location.

Terrible rooms, very small with broken fittings and fixtures.Bathroom hardly has any space with old fixtures.Entire room stinks of a strong cigarette smell, probably due to common vents.AC is not effective.Buffet breakfast is too basic.Only advantage is the prime location.

It was just not three star as claimed by it. Poor service, un supportive staff. Rooms are in very small corridors. Shower not functioning well. Buffet breakfast not very good. Very small place to sit even. Dosa is available but not masala dosa. Juice is only canned not fresh. And the amount I paid it was certainly more than what I expected in return. Certainly I will not recommend it.

Good hotel located in a brilliant location. Extremely close to a lot of fantastic food locations. Gate way of INDIA is just about 200 meters away.
Quiet a few popular pubs in the surrounding could be a bit noisy while you sleep

Believe every negative thing you read about this vile place!! After a 25 hour train journey and arriving late at night this hotel seemed to be in a good convenient location. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and after asking the room price 6000 rupes (£60) for a double room, very expensive by indian standards but thought hey, it's a luxurious treat after a long trip so we decided to book. We were so tired we fell straight asleep looking forward to a good breakfast in the morning. When I awoke in the morning the first thing I noticed was the wall in front in me covered in brown marks. I then looked at the sheet covering me and was disgusted to see brown dirty marks and makeup stains..these sheets had not been washed from the previous guests or what maybe not even before that. The shock continued when I saw the edge of the pillow that I'd been sleeping on, COVERED in brown dirty marks, saliva and God knows what else!?!...The bathroom...light switches...toilet...walls...surfaces and literally everything else was either covered in filthy dirt, or stains!! . After speaking to my friend we both agreed breakfast was off the cards in this disgusting tip and that we would go downstairs and politely and calmly speak to the manager and explain the situation and that we weren't happy and ask for a refund. What a horrible experience dealing with this corrupt man. We were told point blank that the room was 6000 rupees and there was to be no refund and no discount. We were told we could not leave the hotel unless we paid. The door guards were told to not let us out and that were had to pay. I reasonably and politely tried to reason to his fair side, when that didn't work I threatened to call the police if they refused to let us leave. After a conversation with another member of staff he agreed to reduce the price by 2000 rupes (a £20 discount). I implore you, do not stay here, there are many lovely hotels that are much cheaper, cleaner, friendly and conveniently situated. This was the worst experience in a hotel I've ever had the misfortune to encounter!
